Zat\u00edmco pro rumunsk\u00e9 turisty je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee ji\u017e nebudou kontrolov\u00e1ni na rumunsk\u00fdch leti\u0161t\u00edch, pokud cestuj\u00ed do \u010dlensk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu Schengenu, dobrou zpr\u00e1vou, pro rumunsk\u00e9 dopravce je prosincov\u00e9 rozhodnut\u00ed no\u010dn\u00ed m\u016frou. A to proto, \u017ee soused\u00e9 Bulharska se Rakousku zav\u00e1zali, \u017ee pos\u00edl\u00ed kontroly na sv\u00fdch pozemn\u00edch hranic\u00edch s Rumunskem.<\/p>\n<p>Ji\u017e n\u011bkolik t\u00fddn\u016f se tak v\u00fdrazn\u011b prodlu\u017euje doba pr\u016fjezdu n\u00e1kladn\u00edch aut p\u0159es hranice &#8211; v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech trv\u00e1 pr\u016fjezd kamion\u016f p\u0159es kontroln\u00ed stanovi\u0161t\u011b sedm dn\u00ed. Rumun\u0161t\u00ed dopravci si st\u011b\u017eovali vl\u00e1d\u011b v Bukure\u0161ti a dokonce \u017e\u00e1dali, aby byli odd\u011bleni od Bulharska v r\u00e1mci procesu p\u0159istoupen\u00ed k Schengenu, ale tato ot\u00e1zka se ztratila v obrovsk\u00e9 hromad\u011b po\u017eadavk\u016f vznesen\u00fdch dopravci v r\u00e1mci v\u0161eobecn\u00fdch protest\u016f, kter\u00e9 tato socioprofesn\u00ed kategorie organizuje od ledna po cel\u00e9 zemi, a tento konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed po\u017eadavek nebyl vysly\u0161en. Bulharsko se nav\u00edc nejen\u017ee zav\u00e1zalo Rakousku, \u017ee p\u0159ijme \u0159adu opat\u0159en\u00ed, aby se Rakousko vzdalo pr\u00e1va veta p\u0159i p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed obou jihov\u00fdchodn\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch zem\u00ed mezi hranicemi prostoru voln\u00e9ho pohybu, ale tak\u00e9 Rumunsko podepsalo bilater\u00e1ln\u00ed dohodu s vl\u00e1dou ve V\u00eddni. Podle n\u011bkter\u00fdch analytik\u016f se Rumunsko a Bulharsko podpisem t\u011bchto dvoustrann\u00fdch dohod krom\u011b odblokov\u00e1n\u00ed situace dostaly pouze do situace, kdy nemohou vzn\u00e1\u0161et \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 n\u00e1roky a podnikat \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 kroky a \u010dekaj\u00ed, a\u017e Rakousko zm\u011bn\u00ed n\u00e1zor. Kontroly jsou zam\u011b\u0159eny p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na n\u00e1kladn\u00ed automobily p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed do Rakouska a jsou v souladu se z\u00e1vazkem Rumunska a Bulharska v\u016f\u010di Rakousku pos\u00edlit kontroly na pozemn\u00edch hranic\u00edch, informovala za\u010d\u00e1tkem ledna bulharsk\u00e1 tiskov\u00e1 agentura BTA.<\/p>\n<p>Krom\u011b kontroly doklad\u016f jsou n\u00e1kladn\u00ed vozidla podrobov\u00e1na fyzick\u00fdm kontrol\u00e1m, rentgenov\u00e9mu sn\u00edmkov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1kladov\u00fdch prostor\u016f i kabin. Kontroluj\u00ed se v\u0161ak nejen n\u00e1kladn\u00ed automobily, ale i autobusy a osobn\u00ed automobily. Kontroly se neprov\u00e1d\u011bj\u00ed jen na hranic\u00edch &#8211; policie je aktivn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e kdykoli p\u0159edt\u00edm, a to i na d\u00e1lnic\u00edch a rychlostn\u00edch silnic\u00edch. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, zat\u00edmco pro v\u011bt\u0161inu z\u00e1kazn\u00edk\u016f leteck\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed bude vstup do Schengenu po\u017eehn\u00e1n\u00edm, pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed nad\u00e1le cestuj\u00ed autem do Bulharska nebo \u0158ecka, no\u010dn\u00ed m\u016frou, a pro dopravce je\u0161t\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed no\u010dn\u00ed m\u016frou, proto\u017ee tyto cesty \u010dasto vykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Podle sd\u011blen\u00ed bulharsk\u00e9ho celn\u00edho \u00fa\u0159adu budou tyto kontroly pokra\u010dovat a\u017e do vstupu do Schengenu na pozemn\u00edch hranic\u00edch a pot\u00e9 z\u016fstanou v platnosti pouze na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch hranic\u00edch EU s Tureckem a Srbskem.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-20887 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/truck-transport-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1675\"><\/p>\n<p>Podle N\u00e1rodn\u00edho svazu autodopravc\u016f v Rumunsku &#8211; organizace zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f v tomto hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m odv\u011btv\u00ed &#8211; jsou tyto kontroly zneu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00edc\u00ed, a pokud mus\u00ed \u010dekat n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed na p\u0159ekro\u010den\u00ed bulharsk\u00e9 hranice, nem\u011bli by alespo\u0148 vyu\u017e\u00edvat stejn\u00e9ho nadm\u011brn\u00e9ho kontroln\u00edho zach\u00e1zen\u00ed na ma\u010farsk\u00e9 hranici.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>Podle tiskov\u00e9 zpr\u00e1vy vydan\u00e9 UNTRR v polovin\u011b \u00fanora existuje probl\u00e9m na rumunsko-bulharsk\u00e9 hranici ji\u017e od lo\u0148sk\u00e9ho roku a od ledna se situace p\u0159\u00edstupem sofijsk\u00e9 vl\u00e1dy jen zhor\u0161ila. Podle organizace zam\u011bstnavatel\u016f se probl\u00e9m na hranic\u00edch mezi Rumunskem a Belgi\u00ed dopl\u0148uje s probl\u00e9mem na ma\u010farsk\u00fdch hranic\u00edch, kde se pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 \u010dekac\u00ed doba ji\u017e l\u00e9ta pohybuje mezi 6 a 15 hodinami a b\u011bhem ma\u010farsk\u00fdch sv\u00e1tk\u016f dokonce dosahuje historick\u00e9ho maxima 4 dn\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee to ozn\u00e1mili i Evropsk\u00e9 komisi, rumun\u0161t\u00ed dopravci, kte\u0159\u00ed vezou zbo\u017e\u00ed do Rakouska, jsou st\u00e1le zadr\u017eov\u00e1ni a\u017e na 7 dn\u00ed na bulharsk\u00fdch celn\u00edch parkovi\u0161t\u00edch.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>Nav\u00edc nov\u00fd virtu\u00e1ln\u00ed frontov\u00fd syst\u00e9m na p\u0159echodu Giurgiu-Ruse, kter\u00fd Bulha\u0159i zavedli v l\u00e9t\u011b 2023, je spravov\u00e1n soukrom\u00fdm provozovatelem, kter\u00fd jej &#8222;\u0159\u00edd\u00ed podle sv\u00e9 v\u016fle&#8220; a &#8222;diskriminuje rumunsk\u00e9 dopravce&#8220;.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">  <\/span>Zde &#8211; tvrd\u00ed UNTRR &#8211; jsou rumunsk\u00e9 kamiony nuceny platit t\u0159ikr\u00e1t vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed tarify ne\u017e jejich bulhar\u0161t\u00ed konkurenti a jsou nuceny \u010dekat ve front\u011b mnohem d\u00e9le ne\u017e jejich bulhar\u0161t\u00ed konkurenti.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>UNTRR m\u00e1 v\u00edce ne\u017e 16 000 \u010dlen\u016f, n\u00e1kladn\u00edch i osobn\u00edch dopravc\u016f.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Navzdory optimismu, kter\u00fd projevuj\u00ed \u00fa\u0159ady v Bukure\u0161ti, je probl\u00e9m p\u0159ipojen\u00ed pozemn\u00edch hranic k Schengenu st\u00e1le je\u0161t\u011b daleko. \u0160\u00e9fka Evropsk\u00e9 komise Ursula von der Leyenov\u00e1 uji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee Brusel p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed Rakousko, aby p\u0159ijalo pln\u00e9 \u010dlenstv\u00ed Rumunska a Bulharska, zat\u00edmco soci\u00e1ln\u011bdemokratick\u00fd premi\u00e9r Bukure\u0161ti Marcel Ciolacu se sna\u017e\u00ed uklidnit n\u00e1ladu a rovn\u011b\u017e uji\u0161\u0165uje, \u017ee se tak stane je\u0161t\u011b letos.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Evropsk\u00e1 komise je ji\u017e n\u011bkolik let p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dena, \u017ee Rumunsko a Bulharsko jsou na Schengen p\u0159ipraveny,&#8220; zd\u016fraznila von der Leyenov\u00e1 ned\u00e1vno na tiskov\u00e9 konferenci v Bruselu a potvrdila tak slova, kter\u00e1 Rumunsko \u0159\u00edk\u00e1 ji\u017e od roku 2014.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Ursula von der Leyenov\u00e1 zd\u016fraznila, \u017ee EU v posledn\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch realizovala projekty financovan\u00e9 z prost\u0159edk\u016f EU na pos\u00edlen\u00ed hranic v Rumunsku a Bulharsku a \u017ee dal\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1stky jsou zahrnuty ve spole\u010dn\u00e9m rozpo\u010dtu, co\u017e Rakousko p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010dilo, aby &#8222;p\u0159ijalo prvn\u00ed kroky&#8220;, a to p\u0159istoupen\u00ed obou zem\u00ed se vzdu\u0161n\u00fdmi a n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edmi hranicemi. Rakousko v\u0161ak ozn\u00e1milo, \u017ee trv\u00e1 na sv\u00e9m vetu, a hovo\u0159\u00ed o n\u011bkolika &#8222;etap\u00e1ch&#8220; p\u0159istoupen\u00ed obou zem\u00ed k prostoru voln\u00e9ho pohybu. Podle ministra vnitra Gerharda Karnera v\u0161ak Rakousko neklade ob\u011bma zem\u00edm \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 podm\u00ednky (!!!) a nen\u00ed ani jeho \u00fakolem vypracovat harmonogram p\u0159istoupen\u00ed &#8211; to je \u00falohou Evropsk\u00e9 komise.<\/p>\n<p>Opatrn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e premi\u00e9r Ciolacu je ministr zahrani\u010d\u00ed Lumini\u021ba Odobescu, kter\u00fd v rozhovoru pro den\u00edk Europa Liber\u0103 uvedl, \u017ee c\u00edlem Rumunska v leto\u0161n\u00edm roce je z\u00edskat od Rakouska term\u00edn, do kter\u00e9ho budou zru\u0161eny i pozemkov\u00e9 kontroly.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;Jednu etapu m\u00e1me za sebou a p\u0159ipravujeme se na dal\u0161\u00ed. Jsem opatrn\u00fd v ud\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed term\u00edn\u016f, ale samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pracujeme. Na\u0161\u00edm c\u00edlem je letos usp\u011bt,&#8220; \u0159ekl Lumini\u021ba Odobescu.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Jin\u00fdmi slovy, no\u010dn\u00ed m\u016fra na pozemn\u00edch hranic\u00edch &#8211; zejm\u00e9na na bulharsk\u00e9 hranici &#8211; neskon\u010d\u00ed ani letos. A v l\u00e9t\u011b, kdy mnoho turist\u016f cestuje autem do \u0158ecka &#8211; jedn\u00e9 z obl\u00edben\u00fdch dovolenkov\u00fdch destinac\u00ed Rumunska &#8211; poc\u00edt\u00ed i oni pon\u00ed\u017een\u00ed a frustraci rumunsk\u00fdch \u0159idi\u010d\u016f kamion\u016f a autobus\u016f. P\u0159esto\u017ee n\u011bkolik rumunsk\u00fdch poslanc\u016f Evropsk\u00e9ho parlamentu v lo\u0148sk\u00e9m roce navrhlo zru\u0161en\u00ed hrani\u010dn\u00edch kontrol mezi Rumunskem, Bulharskem a \u0158eckem, vl\u00e1da v Bukure\u0161ti a Sofii to nem\u011bla na programu. Pro Rumunsko &#8211; a Bulharsko, s n\u00edm\u017e je p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1no &#8222;v bal\u00ed\u010dku&#8220; &#8211; se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt vstup do Schengenu na pozemn\u00edch hranic\u00edch je\u0161t\u011b obt\u00ed\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed v souvislosti s lo\u0148skou reformou Schengenu, kter\u00e1 zp\u0159\u00edsnila kontroly na pozemn\u00edch hranic\u00edch nam\u00edsto jejich uvoln\u011bn\u00ed. Rada a Parlament se dohodly, \u017ee m\u00edsto dvou let mohou \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty zav\u00e9st &#8222;do\u010dasn\u00e9&#8220; hrani\u010dn\u00ed kontroly na t\u0159i roky.
