V prvn\u00ed polovin\u011b roku 2023 zaznamenala spole\u010dnost v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s p\u0159edchoz\u00edm rokem impozantn\u00ed 18% n\u00e1r\u016fst tr\u017eeb, kter\u00e9 dos\u00e1hly 156 miliard eur. Pozitivn\u00edmu trendu se v\u0161ak net\u011b\u0161\u00ed jen Volkswagen &#8211; z\u00e1vid\u011bn\u00edhodn\u00fd stav vykazuj\u00ed i dal\u0161\u00ed dv\u011b n\u011bmeck\u00e9 automobilky, BMW a Mercedes. P\u0159esto podnikatel\u00e9 v N\u011bmecku, zejm\u00e9na v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu, vyjad\u0159uj\u00ed obavy z byrokratick\u00fdch p\u0159ek\u00e1\u017eek a nestabiln\u00edho geopolitick\u00e9ho a geoekonomick\u00e9ho klimatu mezi \u010c\u00ednou, Evropskou uni\u00ed a cel\u00fdm z\u00e1padn\u00edm sv\u011btem.<\/p>\n<p>Automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl \u010del\u00ed mnoha v\u00fdzv\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 vy\u017eaduj\u00ed okam\u017eitou pozornost, a v\u00fdrobci automobil\u016f stoj\u00ed v \u010dele t\u011bchto v\u00fdzev. Mus\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnout n\u011bkolik transformac\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u011b, nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159echod na elektrick\u00e1 vozidla a v\u00fdvoj softwaru, kter\u00fd spl\u0148uje po\u017eadavky trhu. V roce 2022 N\u011bmecko vyvezlo 2,6 milionu vozidel, zat\u00edmco \u010c\u00edna p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 3 miliony vozidel. Tato zm\u011bna pom\u011bru sil m\u00e1 v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro n\u011bmeck\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl, kter\u00fd tradi\u010dn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed k p\u0159edn\u00edm sv\u011btov\u00fdm v\u00fdvozc\u016fm automobil\u016f. Jedn\u00edm z nich je sou\u010dasn\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 a druh\u00fdm prob\u00edhaj\u00edc\u00ed ekologick\u00fd p\u0159echod, kter\u00fd p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fdzvu pro udr\u017eitelnost odv\u011btv\u00ed. Koncern Volkswagen se pot\u00fdk\u00e1 s v\u00fdrazn\u00fdm v\u00fdpadkem prodeje elektromobil\u016f. \u00dadaje o prodeji se pohybuj\u00ed od -30 % do -70 % v z\u00e1vislosti na zna\u010dce a trhu. Dokonce i na \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9m trhu, kter\u00fd je siln\u011b zam\u011b\u0159en na elektromobily, se zna\u010dce Volkswagen poda\u0159ilo z\u00edskat pouze 2% pod\u00edl na trhu, co\u017e ji \u0159ad\u00ed na druhou kolej. Tento probl\u00e9m se projevuje i na zam\u011bstnanosti v tomto odv\u011btv\u00ed &#8211; v roce 2022 se v N\u011bmecku vyrob\u00ed pouze 3,5 milionu n\u011bmeck\u00fdch automobil\u016f. P\u0159esto\u017ee toto odv\u011btv\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo zam\u011bstn\u00e1v\u00e1 900 000 lid\u00ed z \u0159ad v\u00fdrobc\u016f automobil\u016f a extern\u00edch dodavatel\u016f, po\u010det vyroben\u00fdch voz\u016f byl ovlivn\u011bn n\u00edzk\u00fdmi \u010d\u00edsly prodeje elektromobil\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Automobil je v\u0161ak velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm zbo\u017e\u00edm pro v\u00fdvoz: V N\u011bmecku je 16 % v\u00fdvozu tvo\u0159eno automobily, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje v\u00edce ne\u017e 50 % hrub\u00e9 p\u0159idan\u00e9 hodnoty automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu Evropsk\u00e9 unie. Je proto nevyhnuteln\u00e9, \u017ee n\u011bmeck\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl p\u0159edstavuje skute\u010dn\u00e9 evropsk\u00e9 bohatstv\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>N\u011bmeck\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl zase vynakl\u00e1d\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 prost\u0159edky, aby udr\u017eel krok: tvo\u0159\u00ed 35 % hrub\u00fdch fixn\u00edch investic do v\u00fdroby, 42 % v\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje a dosahuj\u00ed 64 % v\u00fdzkumu prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00e9ho jin\u00fdmi spole\u010dnostmi, kter\u00fd tedy nen\u00ed v\u00fdslovn\u011b spojen s v\u00fdrobn\u00edmi metodami. N\u011bmeck\u00e1 politick\u00e1 podpora tomuto odv\u011btv\u00ed po tomto p\u0159\u00edpadu jist\u011b poklesla, p\u0159esto v\u0161ak z\u016fstaly zachov\u00e1ny siln\u00e9 da\u0148ov\u00e9 \u00falevy pro firemn\u00ed automobily, kter\u00e9 umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm vzd\u00e1t se \u010d\u00e1sti platu v\u00fdm\u011bnou za \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00fd &#8211; n\u011bmeck\u00fd &#8211; v\u016fz: sta\u010d\u00ed si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 70 % nov\u00fdch automobil\u016f v N\u011bmecku je zakoupeno firmami a zam\u011bstnanci je pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm k osobn\u00edm cest\u00e1m.<\/p>\n<p>Nechyb\u00ed v\u0161ak ani hlasy ekonom\u016f a poradc\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed upozor\u0148uj\u00ed, \u017ee &#8222;z\u00e1chrana automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu za ka\u017edou cenu&#8220; by mohla v\u00e9st k v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm kriz\u00edm. &#8222;Automobily jsou nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edm projevem celkov\u00e9 pozornosti, kterou N\u011bmecko v\u011bnuje stroj\u00edrenstv\u00ed. Bylo by zapot\u0159eb\u00ed m\u00e9n\u011b dotac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by bylo mo\u017en\u00e9 snadno p\u0159em\u011bnit na v\u00edce kapit\u00e1lu pro inovativn\u00ed za\u010d\u00ednaj\u00edc\u00ed podniky v jin\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017eeme v\u0161ak tento fenom\u00e9n pova\u017eovat pouze za lok\u00e1ln\u00ed? m\u00edstn\u00ed krize? Existuj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklady m\u00edstn\u00edch kriz\u00ed, kter\u00e9 se pro posti\u017een\u00e9 komunity uk\u00e1zaly jako pozitivn\u00ed zku\u0161enost. Dobr\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je Eindhoven, &#8222;hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsto&#8220; nizozemsk\u00e9ho Philipsu, kde dnes s\u00eddl\u00ed tis\u00edce mal\u00fdch firem, kter\u00e9 vyr\u00e1b\u011bj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm \u010dipy. D\u00edky tomu se m\u011bsto stalo jedn\u00edm z nejbohat\u0161\u00edch v Evrop\u011b. Stejn\u011b tak Espoo, s\u00eddlo spole\u010dnosti Nokia, zaznamenalo \u00fasp\u011bch, kdy\u017e za\u010dalo vyr\u00e1b\u011bt za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro telekomunika\u010dn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b po uzav\u0159en\u00ed spole\u010dnosti. I v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Wolfsburgu by dodavatel\u00e9 mohli pokra\u010dovat ve spolupr\u00e1ci s jin\u00fdmi automobilkami a samotn\u00fd Volkswagen by mohl p\u0159ev\u00e9st svou v\u00fdrobu na \u0161pi\u010dkov\u00e1 vozidla s n\u00edzkou rychlost\u00ed v\u00fdroby nebo se st\u00e1t pr\u016fkopn\u00edkem ve strategi\u00edch udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 mobility.
