Tento nedostatek zpomaluje proces rozs\u00e1hl\u00e9ho zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed elektromobil\u016f a brzd\u00ed \u00fasil\u00ed o sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed CO2 v Evropsk\u00e9 unii. Sigrid de Vries, gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editelka Acea, zd\u016fraznila v\u00fdznam \u0161irok\u00e9 dostupnosti ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 infrastruktury pro nab\u00edjen\u00ed pro dosa\u017een\u00ed ambici\u00f3zn\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch c\u00edl\u016f v oblasti sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed CO2.<\/p>\n<p>V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je v EU instalov\u00e1no n\u011bco p\u0159es 150 000 ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 rychlost instalace je m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e 3 000 m\u00edst t\u00fddn\u011b. Evropsk\u00e1 komise v\u0161ak stanovila c\u00edl instalovat do roku 2030 3,5 milionu dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst a po\u017eaduje, aby se ro\u010dn\u011b instalovalo p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 410 000 m\u00edst (t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 8 000 t\u00fddn\u011b), co\u017e je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 t\u0159ikr\u00e1t v\u00edce ne\u017e v sou\u010dasnosti. Navzdory tomuto rozd\u00edlu na evropsk\u00e9 \u00farovni vynik\u00e1 It\u00e1lie pozitivn\u00edm pokrokem v instalaci ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst. Zejm\u00e9na v posledn\u00edch dvou letech se po\u010det dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst prakticky zdvojn\u00e1sobil, co\u017e sv\u011bd\u010d\u00ed o zna\u010dn\u00e9m z\u00e1jmu o elektromobilitu.<\/p>\n<p>Mezi italsk\u00e9 regiony s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm po\u010dtem dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst pat\u0159\u00ed Lombardie, Piemont, Ben\u00e1tsko, Lazio a Emilia-Romagna a mezi hlavn\u00ed m\u011bsta s dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastrukturou pat\u0159\u00ed \u0158\u00edm, Mil\u00e1n, Neapol, Tur\u00edn a Brescia. Italsk\u00e9 d\u00e1lnice jsou nav\u00edc vybaveny p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 942 nab\u00edjec\u00edmi m\u00edsty, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u011bt\u0161ina z nich je rychl\u00e9ho stejnosm\u011brn\u00e9ho proudu. Rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 infrastruktura pro dob\u00edjen\u00ed elektromobil\u016f v It\u00e1lii byla podpo\u0159ena p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm soukrom\u00fdmi investicemi, ale o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1 se, \u017ee pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed r\u016fst sektoru elektromobil\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b jejich zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed do firemn\u00edch vozov\u00fdch park\u016f, bude hr\u00e1t rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed roli p\u0159i udr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed a roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed t\u00e9to ekonomick\u00e9 v\u00fdhody.<\/p>\n<p>Vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee Evropa usiluje o sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed CO2 zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00edm elektromobil\u016f, je nezbytn\u00e9, aby se p\u0159ednostn\u011b v\u011bnovala budov\u00e1n\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktury. Pouze s vysokou dostupnost\u00ed dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst bude mo\u017en\u00e9 zajistit hladk\u00fd p\u0159echod k budouc\u00ed udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 a n\u00edzkouhl\u00edkov\u00e9 mobilit\u011b. Navzdory tomuto povzbudiv\u00e9mu pokroku je t\u0159eba je\u0161t\u011b vy\u0159e\u0161it v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 probl\u00e9my, aby byl zaji\u0161t\u011bn bezprobl\u00e9mov\u00fd p\u0159echod na pln\u011b vybaven\u00fd vozov\u00fd park elektromobil\u016f. Bez dostate\u010dn\u00e9 s\u00edt\u011b nab\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktury mohou potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1jemce od koup\u011b elektromobilu odradit obavy z vybit\u00ed energie na cest\u00e1ch. Proto je nezbytn\u00e9 i nad\u00e1le investovat do budov\u00e1n\u00ed nov\u00fdch a roz\u0161i\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch dob\u00edjec\u00edch m\u00edst. Krom\u011b toho je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zohlednit r\u016fznorodost pot\u0159eb \u0159idi\u010d\u016f elektrick\u00fdch vozidel. Zat\u00edmco rychl\u00e1 a ultrarychl\u00e1 dob\u00edjec\u00ed m\u00edsta jsou kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 pro umo\u017en\u011bn\u00ed dlouh\u00fdch cest a zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed \u010dekac\u00ed doby, infrastruktura pro dob\u00edjen\u00ed s n\u00edzk\u00fdm v\u00fdkonem v m\u011bstsk\u00fdch a p\u0159\u00edm\u011bstsk\u00fdch oblastech je kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e1 pro umo\u017en\u011bn\u00ed dob\u00edjen\u00ed p\u0159es noc nebo b\u011bhem ka\u017edodenn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9 dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktury nejen\u017ee podpo\u0159\u00ed roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed elektromobil\u016f mezi spot\u0159ebitele, ale bude m\u00edt tak\u00e9 pozitivn\u00ed dopad na ekonomiku a zam\u011bstnanost. Roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed infrastruktury pro nab\u00edjen\u00ed elekt\u0159iny pom\u016f\u017ee sn\u00ed\u017eit z\u00e1vislost na fosiln\u00edch palivech a zm\u00edrnit dopady zm\u011bny klimatu.
