{"id":31756,"date":"2024-08-10T09:59:56","date_gmt":"2024-08-10T09:59:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/namorni-doprava-je-lng-skutecne-resenim"},"modified":"2024-08-10T10:03:33","modified_gmt":"2024-08-10T10:03:33","slug":"namorni-doprava-je-lng-skutecne-resenim","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/cs\/namorni-doprava-je-lng-skutecne-resenim","title":{"rendered":"N\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed doprava: Je LNG skute\u010dn\u011b \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed doprava se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch hybatel\u016f jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o klimatu.<br \/>\nOdpov\u00edd\u00e1 za 3,7 % celkov\u00fdch emis\u00ed CO2 v Evrop\u011b a 13 % emis\u00ed v odv\u011btv\u00ed dopravy, vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ro\u010dn\u011b p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 24 miliard EUR v podob\u011b da\u0148ov\u00fdch dotac\u00ed na fosiln\u00ed paliva a r\u016fzn\u00fdch druh\u016f v\u00fdjimek a je jedin\u00fdm odv\u011btv\u00edm, pro kter\u00e9 dosud nebyly stanoveny \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 skute\u010dn\u00e9 c\u00edle sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed.<br \/>\nKrom\u011b dopad\u016f na klima zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed oxidy s\u00edry, dus\u00edku a pevn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1stic, kter\u00e9 vypou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed lodn\u00ed motory p\u0159i ne\u010dinnosti na n\u00e1b\u0159e\u017e\u00ed s b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00edmi motory, v Evrop\u011b n\u00e1klady na zdravotn\u00ed p\u00e9\u010di ve v\u00fd\u0161i 60 miliard EUR a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 50 000 p\u0159ed\u010dasn\u00fdch \u00famrt\u00ed ro\u010dn\u011b.<br \/>\nPodle studie IMO (Mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed organizace) by se emise CO2 z lodn\u00ed dopravy mohly do roku 2050 celosv\u011btov\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161it o 50 a\u017e 250 % a ohrozit c\u00edle Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017esk\u00e9 dohody.<br \/>\nK dne\u0161n\u00edmu dni st\u00e1le neexistuj\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b vyvinut\u00e9 a ekonomicky \u017eivotaschopn\u00e9 technologie, kter\u00e9 by dekarbonizovaly n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed dopravu b\u011bhem f\u00e1ze plavby, ale studen\u00e1 \u017eehli\u010dka je p\u0159ipravena sn\u00ed\u017eit emise na nulu nebo bl\u00edzko n\u00ed b\u011bhem zast\u00e1vek v p\u0159\u00edstavech.<br \/>\nStuden\u00e9 \u017eehlen\u00ed spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v p\u0159ipojen\u00ed lodi k p\u0159\u00edstavi\u0161ti elektrick\u00fdm kabelem, a t\u00edm v dod\u00e1vce elekt\u0159iny pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 pro operace nezbytn\u00e9 pro parkov\u00e1n\u00ed, nakl\u00e1dku a vykl\u00e1dku lodi a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed nab\u00edzet v\u0161echny slu\u017eby pro cestuj\u00edc\u00ed, a to i p\u0159i vypnut\u00fdch motorech, co\u017e dnes nen\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9.<br \/>\nTato technologie se ji\u017e pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v p\u0159\u00edstavech G\u00f6teborg, Los Angeles a Marseille a ukazuje se jako funk\u010dn\u00ed a \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e1, stejn\u011b jako ekonomicky v\u00fdhodn\u00e1 pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed ji pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed.<br \/>\nJestli\u017ee se v\u0161ak zd\u00e1, \u017ee pro p\u0159\u00edstavy bylo nalezeno kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 a st\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, situace t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se emis\u00ed z lod\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na v\u00fdletn\u00edch, b\u011bhem plavby je mnohem slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed.<br \/>\nV sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b se majitel\u00e9 lod\u00ed rozhodn\u011b p\u0159ikl\u00e1n\u011bj\u00ed k pohonu sv\u00fdch lod\u00ed zkapaln\u011bn\u00fdm zemn\u00edm plynem, zn\u00e1m\u00fdm jako LNG.<br \/>\nD\u016fvodem tohoto rozhodnut\u00ed je skute\u010dnost, \u017ee v\u00fdrazn\u011b sni\u017euje emise oxid\u016f s\u00edry (SOx), co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje dodr\u017eovat sou\u010dasn\u00e9 pr\u00e1vn\u00ed p\u0159edpisy reguluj\u00edc\u00ed obsah tohoto prvku v lodn\u00edch palivech.<br \/>\nPodle ned\u00e1vn\u00e9ho v\u00fdzkumu T&amp;E, Transport &amp; Environment, &#8222;lodn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti, kter\u00e9 investuj\u00ed do LNG, pak mezi jeho p\u0159ednostmi zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed 20% sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed emis\u00ed CO\u2082, ale ve v\u00fdpo\u010dtu opom\u00edjej\u00ed obrovsk\u00e9 emise metanu, plynu s 82,5kr\u00e1t v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm klimatick\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lem ne\u017e oxid uhli\u010dit\u00fd.<br \/>\nI kdyby se zv\u00fd\u0161ila \u00fa\u010dinnost lodn\u00edch motor\u016f, co\u017e by vedlo ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed \u00faniku nesp\u00e1len\u00fdch l\u00e1tek, p\u0159\u00ednosy z hlediska emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f by byly st\u00e1le omezen\u00e9.<br \/>\nNemluv\u011b o \u00faniku metanu, ke kter\u00e9mu doch\u00e1z\u00ed v d\u0159\u00edv\u011bj\u0161\u00edch f\u00e1z\u00edch v\u00fdrobn\u00edho \u0159et\u011bzce plynu&#8220;.<br \/>\nC\u00edle v oblasti sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed uhl\u00edkov\u00e9 n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti v n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edm sektoru v r\u00e1mci &#8222;klimatick\u00e9ho bal\u00ed\u010dku&#8220; Evropsk\u00e9 unie by m\u011bly podn\u00edtit odklon od t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9ho topn\u00e9ho oleje, kter\u00fd nejv\u00edce zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uje \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a je v sou\u010dasnosti nejpou\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00edm lodn\u00edm palivem.<br \/>\nLodn\u00ed spole\u010dnosti se v\u0161ak zam\u011b\u0159uj\u00ed na levn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed alternativu: podle odhadu spole\u010dnosti T&amp;E by v roce 2025 mohla b\u00fdt v\u00edce ne\u017e t\u0159etina evropsk\u00fdch lod\u00ed poh\u00e1n\u011bna zkapaln\u011bn\u00fdm zemn\u00edm plynem, co\u017e by v podstat\u011b znamenalo obejit\u00ed probl\u00e9mu, ale ne jeho \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed.<br \/>\nN\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edm spole\u010dnostem je v\u0161ak oporou klimatick\u00fd bal\u00ed\u010dek, kter\u00fd EU pro toto odv\u011btv\u00ed zavedla, bal\u00ed\u010dek, kter\u00fd nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1 s nulov\u00fdmi emisemi do roku 2050.<br \/>\nPak je tu je\u0161t\u011b jeden probl\u00e9m: LNG je n\u011bkter\u00fdmi mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edmi organizacemi ozna\u010dov\u00e1n za p\u0159eklenovac\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, zat\u00edmco se \u010dek\u00e1 na v\u00fdvoj jin\u00fdch nezne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch technologi\u00ed.                 P\u0159esto se zd\u00e1, \u017ee tomu tak nen\u00ed: lodn\u00ed nafta je mnohem m\u00e9n\u011b zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ne\u017e LNG.<br \/>\nPokud by lod\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvaly tento druh paliva na mo\u0159i ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s t\u011b\u017ek\u00fdm topn\u00fdm olejem, kter\u00fd se pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v sou\u010dasnosti, dopad by byl drasticky ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed i ne\u017e u LNG.<br \/>\nZd\u00e1 se tedy, \u017ee &#8222;revoluce&#8220; sm\u011brem k tomuto typu paliva je volbou diktovanou pouze pot\u0159ebou vyhov\u011bt ideologick\u00fdm a iracion\u00e1ln\u00edm aspekt\u016fm fanatik\u016f ekologick\u00e9 transformace, a nikoli skute\u010dn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00ednosem pro \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<br \/>\nMoud\u0159ej\u0161\u00ed by bylo, i podle mnoha zasv\u011bcen\u00fdch osob a odborn\u00edk\u016f v tomto odv\u011btv\u00ed, urychlen\u011b p\u0159ej\u00edt na skute\u010dn\u011b ekologick\u00e1 paliva, jako je vod\u00edk, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nulov\u00fd dopad a neskonale ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady ne\u017e LNG a nafta.<br \/>\nUvid\u00edme, zda zv\u00edt\u011bz\u00ed rozum a schopnost po\u010dkat na nejlep\u0161\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, nebo nov\u00e9 \u0161\u00edlenstv\u00ed v\u0161ech, zlo a te\u010f, kter\u00e9, jak se zd\u00e1, v posledn\u00ed dob\u011b prostupuje Evropou &nbsp; FeMO    <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>N\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed doprava se zd\u00e1 b\u00fdt jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch hybatel\u016f jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o klimatu.
