Evropsk\u00e1 komise zd\u016fraznila, \u017ee \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed nejsou podlo\u017eena dostate\u010dn\u00fdmi d\u016fkazy, kter\u00e9 by prok\u00e1zaly skute\u010dn\u00e9 riziko po\u0161kozen\u00ed m\u00edstn\u00edho brandy pr\u016fmyslu. Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b ob\u011b strany uzn\u00e1vaj\u00ed v\u00fdznam hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ce a jsou odhodl\u00e1ny hledat spole\u010dn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. Na druhou stranu rozd\u00edly v ekonomick\u00fdch modelech a vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 obvi\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed z nekal\u00fdch praktik zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed, \u017ee vztahy jsou nestabiln\u00ed a podl\u00e9haj\u00ed pravideln\u00e9mu nap\u011bt\u00ed. Dohoda o elektromobilech, pokud bude potvrzena, by mohla slou\u017eit jako p\u0159\u00edklad toho, jak \u0159e\u0161it glob\u00e1ln\u00ed obchodn\u00ed v\u00fdzvy v multilater\u00e1ln\u00edm kontextu. Nap\u011bt\u00ed ohledn\u011b brandy a dal\u0161\u00ed potenci\u00e1ln\u00ed spory z\u00e1rove\u0148 zd\u016fraz\u0148uj\u00ed pot\u0159ebu strategick\u00e9ho p\u0159\u00edstupu EU, kter\u00fd by vyva\u017eoval dialog s rozhodn\u00fdmi opat\u0159en\u00edmi na ochranu jej\u00edch z\u00e1jm\u016f. Obchodn\u00ed vztahy mezi \u010c\u00ednou a Evropskou uni\u00ed se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed na k\u0159i\u017eovatce. Zat\u00edmco ve sporu o elektromobily se objevuj\u00ed n\u00e1znaky kompromisu, na jin\u00fdch front\u00e1ch, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad spor o evropsk\u00e9 brandy, je i nad\u00e1le testov\u00e1na schopnost obou mocnost\u00ed zvl\u00e1dnout sv\u00e9 rozpory. Stabiln\u00ed rovnov\u00e1ha bude vy\u017eadovat nejen vy\u0159e\u0161en\u00ed sou\u010dasn\u00fdch spor\u016f, ale tak\u00e9 pokra\u010duj\u00edc\u00ed odhodl\u00e1n\u00ed posilovat mnohostrann\u00e9 mechanismy, jako je WTO, a prosazovat spravedliv\u00e1 obchodn\u00ed pravidla.
