P\u0159edsedkyn\u011b Evropsk\u00e9 komise Ursula von der Leyenov\u00e1 ozn\u00e1mila, \u017ee navrhne c\u00edlenou zm\u011bnu na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed o emis\u00edch CO2 pro automobily, kter\u00e1 v\u00fdrobc\u016fm automobil\u016f poskytne t\u0159i roky na to, aby se p\u0159izp\u016fsobili norm\u00e1m shody nam\u00edsto ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed povinnosti. <\/p>\n<p>C\u00edlem nov\u00e9ho opat\u0159en\u00ed je naj\u00edt rovnov\u00e1hu mezi pot\u0159ebou sni\u017eovat emise a obt\u00ed\u017eemi, s nimi\u017e se pot\u00fdk\u00e1 automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. Von der Leyenov\u00e1 uvedla: &#8222;Existuje jasn\u00e1 popt\u00e1vka po v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flexibilit\u011b, pokud jde o c\u00edle v oblasti emis\u00ed CO2. Ozn\u00e1men\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 komise m\u011blo okam\u017eit\u00fd dopad na automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl a zp\u016fsobilo prudk\u00fd r\u016fst akci\u00ed hlavn\u00edch v\u00fdrobc\u016f automobil\u016f na burze. Pokuty za nedodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emisn\u00edch norem mohly v roce 2024 \u010dinit v\u00edce ne\u017e 15 miliard eur, co\u017e pro toto odv\u011btv\u00ed p\u0159edstavovalo zna\u010dnou hrozbu.    <\/p>\n<p>Ministr pro podnik\u00e1n\u00ed a v\u00fdrobu v It\u00e1lii Adolfo Urso uv\u00edtal rozhodnut\u00ed Evropsk\u00e9 komise a uvedl, \u017ee p\u0159edstavuje &#8222;v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed pro evropsk\u00fd automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl a It\u00e1lii&#8220;. Podle Ursa poskytnut\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flexibility zabr\u00e1n\u00ed kolapsu odv\u011btv\u00ed, eliminuje riziko okam\u017eit\u00fdch pokut a p\u0159iprav\u00ed p\u016fdu pro evropsk\u00fd pob\u00eddkov\u00fd pl\u00e1n pro ekologick\u00fd p\u0159echod automobil\u016f. Urso rovn\u011b\u017e zd\u016fraznil, \u017ee je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zajistit strategickou autonomii ve v\u00fdrob\u011b bateri\u00ed pro elektromobily, aby evropsk\u00fd pr\u016fmysl mohl na trhu udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 mobility konkurovat dal\u0161\u00edm velk\u00fdm sv\u011btov\u00fdm mocnostem, jako jsou \u010c\u00edna a Spojen\u00e9 st\u00e1ty. Automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl je jedn\u00edm z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch odv\u011btv\u00ed evropsk\u00e9 ekonomiky a ekologick\u00fd p\u0159echod p\u0159edstavuje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed v\u00fdzvu. Poskytnut\u00ed t\u0159\u00ed let na p\u0159izp\u016fsoben\u00ed se emisn\u00edm norm\u00e1m poskytne v\u00fdrobc\u016fm automobil\u016f \u010das, kter\u00fd pot\u0159ebuj\u00ed na investice do nov\u00fdch technologi\u00ed a pos\u00edlen\u00ed infrastruktury pro elektromobilitu. Ot\u00e1zka, jak vyv\u00e1\u017eit environment\u00e1ln\u00ed c\u00edle s pot\u0159ebou zachovat konkurenceschopnost evropsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu, v\u0161ak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 otev\u0159en\u00e1. Revize technologick\u00e9 neutrality pro rok 2035 by mohla v\u00e9st k inkluzivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu p\u0159\u00edstupu, kter\u00fd zohledn\u00ed v\u0161echna dostupn\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed ke sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed dopadu automobilov\u00e9ho odv\u011btv\u00ed na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed. V nadch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch m\u011bs\u00edc\u00edch budou Evropsk\u00fd parlament a Rada EU vyzv\u00e1ny k posouzen\u00ed pozm\u011b\u0148ovac\u00edho n\u00e1vrhu von der Leyenov\u00e9. Pokud bude nov\u00e9 na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed schv\u00e1leno rychle, jak douf\u00e1 p\u0159edsedkyn\u011b Komise, nab\u00eddne v\u00fdznamnou podporu podnik\u016fm v tomto odv\u011btv\u00ed a umo\u017en\u00ed postupn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159echod k udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 mobilit\u011b, ani\u017e by byla ohro\u017eena konkurenceschopnost evropsk\u00e9ho automobilov\u00e9ho pr\u016fmyslu.        <\/p>\n<p>Z\u00e1rove\u0148 bude muset Evropsk\u00e1 unie v\u00edce investovat do infrastruktury pro nab\u00edjen\u00ed elektrick\u00fdch vozidel a inovativn\u00edch technologi\u00ed, aby zajistila efektivn\u00ed a udr\u017eiteln\u00fd p\u0159echod na bezemisn\u00ed mobilitu. Kl\u00ed\u010dovou roli budou hr\u00e1t tak\u00e9 pob\u00eddky pro n\u00e1kup n\u00edzkoemisn\u00edch vozidel, kter\u00e9 by mohly urychlit obm\u011bnu vozov\u00e9ho parku a rychleji sn\u00ed\u017eit emise CO2.
