B\u011bhem posledn\u00edho zased\u00e1n\u00ed mezivl\u00e1dn\u00ed konference (CIG) se ob\u011b zem\u011b spole\u010dn\u011b zav\u00e1zaly k pokroku v dlouho diskutovan\u00e9m vysokorychlostn\u00edm \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edm spojen\u00ed a k obnoven\u00ed pozastaven\u00e9 \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed dopravy (Afa) tunelem Fr\u00e9jus. Dohoda p\u0159edstavuje v\u00fdznamn\u00fd miln\u00edk v rozvoji jednoho z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch infrastrukturn\u00edch projekt\u016f. Rozhodnut\u00ed CIG odr\u00e1\u017e\u00ed dv\u011b soub\u011b\u017en\u00e9 priority: dokon\u010den\u00ed administrativn\u00edho procesu cel\u00e9ho p\u0159eshrani\u010dn\u00edho projektu a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 logistiky obnoven\u00edm intermod\u00e1ln\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy. Schv\u00e1len\u00edm rozhodnut\u00ed o realizaci, kter\u00e9 je nyn\u00ed p\u0159ed\u00e1no Evropsk\u00e9 komisi, se fakticky uzav\u00edraj\u00ed postupy na vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00ed \u00farovni v It\u00e1lii i ve Francii a projekt vstupuje do z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 f\u00e1ze posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed na \u00farovni EU.    <\/p>\n<p>Podle p\u0159edsedy CIG Paola Foietty je tento krok z\u00e1sadn\u00ed pro budouc\u00ed spolufinancov\u00e1n\u00ed cel\u00e9ho d\u00edla ze strany EU, v\u010detn\u011b vnitrost\u00e1tn\u00edch tras a nyn\u00ed tak\u00e9 m\u011bstsk\u00fdch uzl\u016f v Tur\u00edn\u011b a Lyonu.&#8220; Rozhodnut\u00ed o realizaci zavr\u0161uje proces zah\u00e1jen\u00fd v roce 2020 a umo\u017e\u0148uje pln\u00e9 uzn\u00e1n\u00ed projektu jako sou\u010d\u00e1sti evropsk\u00e9 hlavn\u00ed dopravn\u00ed s\u00edt\u011b. D\u016fle\u017eit\u00fdm prvkem dohody je z\u00e1vazek obnovit slu\u017ebu Afa, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159epravu n\u00e1kladn\u00edch vozidel po \u017eeleznici mezi Aitonem (Francie) a Orbassanem (It\u00e1lie). Tato \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00ed slu\u017eba byla pozastavena kv\u016fli sesuvu p\u016fdy na francouzsk\u00e9 stran\u011b Alp a n\u00e1sledn\u00e9mu dvoulet\u00e9mu uzav\u0159en\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed trat\u011b. Od t\u00e9 doby nebylo v provozu \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 alternativn\u00ed intermod\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed. &#8222;D\u00edky tomuto rozhodnut\u00ed a pod podm\u00ednkou schv\u00e1len\u00ed st\u00e1tn\u00ed podpory Evropskou komis\u00ed chceme slu\u017ebu n\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159epravy obnovit do \u0159\u00edjna,&#8220; vysv\u011btlil Foietta. V oblasti v\u00fdstavby pokra\u010duj\u00ed pr\u00e1ce na z\u00e1kladn\u00edm tunelu mezi It\u00e1li\u00ed a Franci\u00ed. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b je vyra\u017eeno 26 % z celkov\u00fdch 160 kilometr\u016f tunel\u016f. Maurizio Bufalini, n\u00e1m\u011bstek gener\u00e1ln\u00edho \u0159editele spole\u010dnosti TELT (Tunnel Euralpin Lyon Turin), informoval, \u017ee prvn\u00ed ze sedmi tunelovac\u00edch stroj\u016f s n\u00e1zvem \u201eViviana\u201c dorazil na staveni\u0161t\u011b Saint-Martin-la-Porte a jeho uveden\u00ed do provozu je pl\u00e1nov\u00e1no na z\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho byly zah\u00e1jeny pr\u00e1ce na oblo\u017een\u00ed vjezdu do tunelu v Saint-Julien-Montdenis, zat\u00edmco tradi\u010dn\u00ed ra\u017eba pomoc\u00ed trhavin pokra\u010duje na dvou \u00fasec\u00edch tunelu, kter\u00e9 nyn\u00ed sahaj\u00ed p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 1 700 metr\u016f od sv\u00fdch port\u00e1l\u016f.    <\/p>\n<p>Na italsk\u00e9 stran\u011b, v Chiomonte, prob\u00edh\u00e1 posuzov\u00e1n\u00ed vliv\u016f na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed v m\u00edst\u011b spu\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edho tunelovac\u00edho stroje (TBM), kter\u00fd by m\u011bl b\u00fdt na m\u00edsto dod\u00e1n v roce 2026. Mezit\u00edm se dokon\u010duje v\u00fdstavba nov\u00e9ho d\u00e1lni\u010dn\u00edho uzlu na d\u00e1lnici A32, kter\u00fd je nezbytn\u00fd pro logistickou dopravu, a v pokro\u010dil\u00e9 f\u00e1zi je tak\u00e9 v\u00fdstavba nov\u00e9ho termin\u00e1lu pro n\u00e1kladn\u00ed automobily v San Didero. Ministerstvu byly p\u0159edlo\u017eeny kone\u010dn\u00e9 projektov\u00e9 pl\u00e1ny pro pr\u00e1ce v n\u011bkolika italsk\u00fdch m\u011bstech &#8211; Chiomonte, Salbertrand a Susa. Susa bude slou\u017eit jako kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd logistick\u00fd uzel, kde bude um\u00edst\u011bn jak vyt\u011b\u017een\u00fd materi\u00e1l z v\u00fdkop\u016f, tak budouc\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed vlakov\u00e9 n\u00e1dra\u017e\u00ed.
