Kaellenius tak\u00e9 trv\u00e1 na my\u0161lence &#8222;technologick\u00e9 neutrality&#8220;. Podle jeho n\u00e1zoru by dekarbonizace dopravy nem\u011bla znamenat odstran\u011bn\u00ed jedin\u00e9 technologie, ale rozvoj n\u011bkolika mo\u017enost\u00ed. Pokud jde o typy automobil\u016f s nulov\u00fdmi emisemi, kter\u00e9 budou na trhu p\u0159evl\u00e1dat, je sou\u010dasn\u00fd trend jasn\u00fd: elektromobily na baterie. Ty jsou pova\u017eov\u00e1ny za v\u00fdhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed z hlediska celkov\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f na vlastnictv\u00ed, i kdy\u017e po\u0159izovac\u00ed cena z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 vysok\u00e1. Ostatn\u00ed alternativy, jako jsou vod\u00edk nebo syntetick\u00e1 paliva, jsou zat\u00edm v plenk\u00e1ch, p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kv\u016fli vysok\u00fdm v\u00fdrobn\u00edm n\u00e1klad\u016fm. Mohly by se v\u0161ak st\u00e1t \u017eivotaschopn\u00fdm \u0159e\u0161en\u00edm pro t\u011b\u017ekou dopravu, letectv\u00ed nebo lodn\u00ed dopravu, kde baterie nejsou praktickou volbou.       <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl, trh na rozcest\u00ed<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee p\u0159echod na elektromobily teoreticky slibuje st\u0159edn\u011bdob\u00e9 a dlouhodob\u00e9 v\u00fdhody, ekonomick\u00e1 a technologick\u00e1 realita je mnohem slo\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b jsou elektromobily mnohem dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e spalovac\u00ed motory a dob\u00edjec\u00ed infrastruktura je v mnoha zem\u00edch Evropsk\u00e9 unie nedostate\u010dn\u011b rozvinut\u00e1. Zejm\u00e9na ve venkovsk\u00fdch oblastech, kde jsou dlouh\u00e9 vzd\u00e1lenosti a nab\u00edjec\u00ed stanice jsou vz\u00e1cn\u00e9, jsou lid\u00e9 k tomuto p\u0159echodu na automobily nezne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed skepti\u010dt\u00ed. Evropsk\u00e1 unie s\u00e1z\u00ed na to, \u017ee s rostouc\u00ed v\u00fdrobou a konkurenc\u00ed budou ceny elektromobil\u016f klesat. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 by investice do infrastruktury m\u011bly zp\u0159\u00edstupnit jejich pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed. M\u00edsto toho najdete baterii o velikosti jedn\u00e9 matrace, kompaktn\u00ed motor a s\u00ed\u0165 elektroniky, kter\u00e1 se star\u00e1 o kouzlo p\u0159em\u011bny energie. IEA uv\u00e1d\u00ed, \u017ee celosv\u011btov\u00e1 kapacita v\u00fdroby \u010dl\u00e1nk\u016f v roce 2024 p\u0159es\u00e1hla 3 TWh (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b trojn\u00e1sobek kombinovan\u00e9 popt\u00e1vky po vozidlech a \u00falo\u017ei\u0161t\u00edch) a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 85 % t\u00e9to kapacity se nach\u00e1z\u00ed v \u010c\u00edn\u011b, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e 75 % vlastn\u00ed \u010d\u00edn\u0161t\u00ed v\u00fdrobci, co\u017e je obrovsk\u00e1 konkuren\u010dn\u00ed v\u00fdhoda, kter\u00e1 se p\u0159\u00edmo prom\u00edt\u00e1 do ceny a doby uveden\u00ed na trh.   <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Jak do t\u00e9to situace zapad\u00e1 Evropsk\u00e1 unie?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Evropsk\u00e1 unie z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslovou silou v oblasti elektromobil\u016f, ale jej\u00ed tempo ji\u017e nesta\u010d\u00ed na to, aby diktovala glob\u00e1ln\u00ed hru. Pokud jde o baterie, Evropa dos\u00e1hla pokroku, ale st\u00e1le m\u00e1 co doh\u00e1n\u011bt.
