Mezi nejkontroverzn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a nejzaj\u00edmav\u011bj\u0161\u00ed jevy, o nich\u017e diskutuj\u00ed vl\u00e1dy mnoha sv\u011btov\u00fdch hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch mocnost\u00ed, pat\u0159\u00ed postupn\u00e9 znovuotev\u0159en\u00ed Arktidy jako splavn\u00e9ho prostoru pro p\u0159epravu zbo\u017e\u00ed z Asie do Evropy nebo na v\u00fdchodn\u00ed pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Spojen\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f. P\u0159esto\u017ee v\u011bdci a ekologi\u010dt\u00ed aktivist\u00e9 ji\u017e \u0159adu let varuj\u00ed, \u017ee t\u00e1n\u00ed ledovc\u016f je t\u0159eba vn\u00edmat jako bezprecedentn\u00ed ekologick\u00fd bud\u00ed\u010dek, nab\u00edz\u00ed tento jev, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 z\u00e1sadn\u00ed dopad na celou planetu, tak\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 a geopolitick\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti. Zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm se obchodn\u00ed cesty vedouc\u00ed p\u0159es Severn\u00ed ledov\u00fd oce\u00e1n st\u00e1vaj\u00ed sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed glob\u00e1ln\u00ed skl\u00e1da\u010dky ekonomick\u00e9 v\u00fdm\u011bny, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt odpov\u011bd\u00ed na z\u00e1sadn\u00ed ot\u00e1zky o tom, jak moc je Evropa z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na \u010c\u00edn\u011b, a to jak z hlediska celkov\u00e9ho obrazu prom\u011bn, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed a leteck\u00e1 doprava v sou\u010dasnosti p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed. V tomto geopolitick\u00e9m kontextu jsme rovn\u011b\u017e nuceni probrat stru\u010dnou anal\u00fdzu mapy Nov\u00e1 zlat\u00e1 cesta &#8211; Evropa-Indie, pozemn\u00ed alternativy v\u00fdm\u011bny zbo\u017e\u00ed mezi Evropou a Asi\u00ed, jako p\u0159ehled mo\u017enost\u00ed diverzifikace obchodn\u00edch koridor\u016f, kter\u00e9 utv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed budoucnost globalizace.    <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Glob\u00e1ln\u00ed oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed a otev\u0159en\u00ed Arktidy n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed doprav\u011b<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Jednou z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdzev, kter\u00fdm modern\u00ed civilizace v sou\u010dasnosti \u010del\u00ed, je glob\u00e1ln\u00ed oteplov\u00e1n\u00ed. Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e9 ro\u010dn\u00ed teploty, kter\u00e9 se v posledn\u00edch desetilet\u00edch v\u00fdrazn\u011b zv\u00fd\u0161ily, zp\u016fsobuj\u00ed zrychlen\u00e9 t\u00e1n\u00ed arktick\u00e9ho ledu. Podle studi\u00ed proveden\u00fdch odborn\u00edky v t\u00e9to oblasti se arktick\u00e1 oblast otepluje t\u0159ikr\u00e1t a\u017e \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t rychleji ne\u017e zbytek planety. Tato skute\u010dnost, kterou nelze ignorovat, m\u00e1 mnoho d\u016fsledk\u016f. Na jedn\u00e9 stran\u011b je p\u0159edzv\u011bst\u00ed ekologick\u00e9 katastrofy, kter\u00e1 m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k z\u00e1niku p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00edch stanovi\u0161\u0165, ztr\u00e1t\u011b biologick\u00e9 rozmanitosti a ohro\u017een\u00ed domorod\u00fdch komunit. Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b otev\u00edr\u00e1 ne\u010dekan\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 perspektivy p\u0159\u00edstupu k nov\u00fdm obchodn\u00edm tras\u00e1m, kter\u00e9 by zkr\u00e1tily cestovn\u00ed \u010dasy a provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady na asijsko-evropsko-americk\u00e9 trase. Ano, je mo\u017en\u00e9 uva\u017eovat o budoucnosti n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed dopravy p\u0159es Arktidu, ale ta z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na infrastruktu\u0159e (zde hovo\u0159\u00edme o p\u0159\u00edstavech), specializovan\u00e9 flotile (lod\u011b schopn\u00e9 p\u0159ekon\u00e1vat Severn\u00ed ledov\u00fd oce\u00e1n mezi ledov\u00fdmi krami) a politick\u00e9 v\u016fli (skute\u010dn\u00e1 obchodn\u00ed dohoda mezi USA, Ruskou federac\u00ed, Evropskou uni\u00ed a \u010c\u00ednou, tedy hlavn\u00edmi rozhoduj\u00edc\u00edmi \u010diniteli). <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Mo\u017enost n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed dopravy p\u0159es Arktidu<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Pokud analyzujeme trasu Severn\u00edm mo\u0159em pod\u00e9l pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Rusk\u00e9 federace, je a\u017e o 40 % krat\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e tradi\u010dn\u00ed trasy Suezsk\u00fdm pr\u016fplavem nebo Malack\u00fdm pr\u016flivem. Toto zkr\u00e1cen\u00ed vzd\u00e1lenosti znamen\u00e1 za prv\u00e9 \u00fasporu \u010dasu a pohonn\u00fdch hmot, co\u017e by mohlo sn\u00ed\u017eit ceny p\u0159epravovan\u00fdch produkt\u016f, ale za druh\u00e9 by znamenalo velkou nejistotu, proto\u017ee arktick\u00e9 trasy by z\u00e1visely na rozmarech po\u010das\u00ed. Ro\u010dn\u00ed obdob\u00ed, kdy by arktick\u00e9 trasy mohly b\u00fdt splavn\u00e9, jsou omezen\u00e1 a podp\u016frn\u00e1 infrastruktura &#8211; p\u0159\u00edstavy, ledoborce, z\u00e1chrann\u00e1 st\u0159ediska &#8211; je v sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b nedostate\u010dn\u011b rozvinut\u00e1. Existuj\u00ed v\u0161ak pilotn\u00ed projekty, jako nap\u0159\u00edklad ten, kter\u00fd ned\u00e1vno uskute\u010dnila \u010c\u00edna s lod\u00ed Istanbul Bridge, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1m ukazuj\u00ed, \u017ee velk\u00e9 ekonomiky tuto mo\u017enost n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed dopravy v\u00e1\u017en\u011b testuj\u00ed. P\u0159\u00edpadn\u00e1 st\u00e1l\u00e1 plavba by v budoucnu mohla Arktidu prom\u011bnit ve strategick\u00fd obchodn\u00ed koridor.    <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Evropsk\u00e1 unie a jej\u00ed z\u00e1vislost na zbo\u017e\u00ed z \u010c\u00edny<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Ve v\u0161em tom \u0161\u00edlenstv\u00ed kolem cel uvalen\u00fdch Spojen\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty na zem\u011b po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed Evropsk\u00e1 unie a \u010c\u00edna kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdmi obchodn\u00edmi partnery. Je dob\u0159e zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 20 % celkov\u00e9ho dovozu zbo\u017e\u00ed do EU poch\u00e1z\u00ed z \u010c\u00edny. Tato z\u00e1vislost se projevuje v kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fdch pr\u016fmyslov\u00fdch odv\u011btv\u00edch, jako jsou technologie a elektronika, textil a l\u00e9\u010diva. Z ekonomick\u00e9ho hlediska je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 p\u011btina hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00fdch pot\u0159eb EU p\u0159\u00edmo zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1na obchodn\u00edmi toky z \u010c\u00edny. Vznik\u00e1 tak vztah vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9 z\u00e1vislosti, v n\u011bm\u017e star\u00fd kontinent pot\u0159ebuje \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9 v\u00fdrobky a \u010c\u00edna pot\u0159ebuje evropsk\u00fd trh pro sv\u016fj v\u00fdvoz.    <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdrobky dov\u00e1\u017een\u00e9 evropsk\u00fdmi zem\u011bmi z \u010c\u00edny<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V\u00fdrobky, kter\u00e9 evropsk\u00e9 zem\u011b dov\u00e1\u017eej\u00ed z \u010c\u00edny, jsou velmi rozmanit\u00e9 a lze je rozd\u011blit do 20 hlavn\u00edch kategori\u00ed: elektronika a IT vybaven\u00ed, mobiln\u00ed telefony, po\u010d\u00edta\u010de, sol\u00e1rn\u00ed panely, lithium-iontov\u00e9 baterie, elektromobily, textil a od\u011bvy, obuv, hra\u010dky, n\u00e1bytek, zdravotnick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, l\u00e9\u010diva, dom\u00e1c\u00ed spot\u0159ebi\u010de, pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 n\u00e1stroje, kabely a elektrick\u00e1 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, elektrick\u00e1 kola a sk\u00fatry, hodinky a \u0161perky, z\u00e1kladn\u00ed chemik\u00e1lie, stavebn\u00ed materi\u00e1ly a dal\u0161\u00ed spot\u0159ebn\u00ed zbo\u017e\u00ed. Ka\u017ed\u00e1 z t\u011bchto kategori\u00ed je zdrojem hodnotov\u00fdch \u0159et\u011bzc\u016f, kter\u00e9 jsou pro evropsk\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed z\u00e1sadn\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Mezi evropsk\u00e1 pr\u016fmyslov\u00e1 odv\u011btv\u00ed z\u00e1visl\u00e1 na \u010c\u00edn\u011b pat\u0159\u00ed automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl (zejm\u00e9na v oblasti bateri\u00ed a elektronick\u00fdch sou\u010d\u00e1stek), pr\u016fmysl obnoviteln\u00fdch zdroj\u016f energie (sol\u00e1rn\u00ed panely a v\u011btrn\u00e9 turb\u00edny s d\u00edly vyr\u00e1b\u011bn\u00fdmi v \u010c\u00edn\u011b za mnohem ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ceny ne\u017e v Evrop\u011b), textiln\u00ed pr\u016fmysl, masov\u00fd maloobchod, ale tak\u00e9 zdravotnictv\u00ed, kam se dov\u00e1\u017e\u00ed mnoho zdravotnick\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f a \u00fa\u010dinn\u00fdch l\u00e1tek pro l\u00e9ky. Tato z\u00e1vislost by m\u011bla u vedouc\u00edch p\u0159edstavitel\u016f v Bruselu vyvolat ot\u00e1zky t\u00fdkaj\u00edc\u00ed se ekonomick\u00e9 bezpe\u010dnosti. Nejv\u00fdmluvn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edkladem je to, \u010d\u00edm jsme si v\u0161ichni pro\u0161li b\u011bhem pandemie COVID-19, kdy byly masivn\u011b naru\u0161eny evropsk\u00e9 dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce.  <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-8149 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/container-ship-6631117_1920.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1920\" height=\"1280\"><\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edv\u00e1me-li se analyticky na obchodn\u00ed cesty mezi \u010c\u00ednou a Evropou po mo\u0159i a letecky, zjist\u00edme, \u017ee n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed doprava z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 dominantn\u00ed a p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 90 % p\u0159epravovan\u00e9ho zbo\u017e\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed do Evropy. Mezi hlavn\u00ed trasy pat\u0159\u00ed trasa p\u0159es Malack\u00fd pr\u016fliv (br\u00e1na spojuj\u00edc\u00ed Asii a z\u00e1padn\u00ed sv\u011bt) a Indick\u00fd oce\u00e1n k Suezsk\u00e9mu pr\u016fplavu a tichomo\u0159sk\u00e1 trasa k z\u00e1padn\u00edmu pob\u0159e\u017e\u00ed Evropy p\u0159es Panamsk\u00fd pr\u016fplav. Leteck\u00e1 doprava, a\u010dkoli je mnohem dra\u017e\u0161\u00ed, je nezbytn\u00e1 pro v\u00fdrobky s vysokou hodnotou a mal\u00fdm objemem, jako je elektronika. Leteck\u00e9 spole\u010dnosti vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed koridory p\u0159es St\u0159edn\u00ed Asii a Bl\u00edzk\u00fd v\u00fdchod a spojuj\u00ed centra jako \u0160anghaj, Peking a \u0160en-\u010den s evropsk\u00fdmi leti\u0161ti, jako jsou Frankfurt, Pa\u0159\u00ed\u017e a Amsterdam.   <\/p>\n<p>Z hlediska rozd\u00edl\u016f v dopravn\u00edch n\u00e1kladech a logistick\u00e9 infrastruktu\u0159e mezi n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed a leteckou dopravou lze \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee se jedn\u00e1 o radik\u00e1ln\u00ed rozd\u00edl. Podle mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edch dopravc\u016f stoj\u00ed n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed kontejner p\u0159epravovan\u00fd z \u010c\u00edny do Evropy a\u017e 5-10kr\u00e1t m\u00e9n\u011b ne\u017e kontejner p\u0159epravovan\u00fd letecky. Rozd\u00edl spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee leteck\u00e1 doprava zaru\u010duje dod\u00e1n\u00ed do n\u011bkolika dn\u016f, zat\u00edmco n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed doprava do n\u011bkolika t\u00fddn\u016f nebo i v\u00edce. St\u00e1le akutn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed krize na Bl\u00edzk\u00e9m v\u00fdchod\u011b, stejn\u011b jako incident, kter\u00fd vedl k zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed Suezsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fplavu v roce 2021, v\u0161ak pouk\u00e1zaly na k\u0159ehkost logistiky a vedly k explozivn\u00edmu n\u00e1r\u016fstu tarif\u016f v n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed doprav\u011b, co\u017e vyvolalo tlak na dodavatelsk\u00e9 \u0159et\u011bzce. Suezsk\u00fd pr\u016fplav hraje z\u00e1sadn\u00ed roli v evropsk\u00fdch obchodn\u00edch toc\u00edch. P\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 12-15 % sv\u011btov\u00e9ho obchodu proch\u00e1z\u00ed Suezsk\u00fdm pr\u016fplavem a pro Evropu je toto procento mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Odborn\u00edci odhaduj\u00ed, \u017ee p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 40-50 % n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00edho dovozu EU proch\u00e1z\u00ed Suezsk\u00fdm pr\u016fplavem, co\u017e z n\u011bj \u010din\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b strategick\u00fd bod. Hlavn\u00edmi c\u00edlov\u00fdmi p\u0159\u00edstavy \u010d\u00ednsk\u00e9ho dovozu jsou Rotterdam, Hamburk, Antverpy a Marseille. T\u00fddenn\u00ed zablokov\u00e1n\u00ed Suezsk\u00e9ho pr\u016fplavu v roce 2021 zp\u016fsobilo miliardov\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty a znovu zd\u016fraznilo kritickou z\u00e1vislost Evropy na t\u00e9to n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed tepn\u011b.        <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>Zem\u011b, kter\u00e9 jsou schopny provozovat dopravu po Severn\u00ed mo\u0159sk\u00e9 cest\u011b<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>V celosv\u011btov\u00e9m m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku existuje pouze n\u011bkolik zem\u00ed, kter\u00e9 jsou schopny operovat na Severn\u00ed mo\u0159sk\u00e9 cest\u011b. Tato arktick\u00e1 trasa vy\u017eaduje specializovan\u00e9 n\u00e1mo\u0159n\u00ed flotily. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b m\u00e1 pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 schopnosti pouze n\u011bkolik zem\u00ed. Na prvn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b je Rusk\u00e1 federace, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed flotilu ledoborc\u016f na sv\u011bt\u011b, n\u00e1sledovan\u00e1 Spojen\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty, Kanadou a Norskem. A\u010dkoli je \u010c\u00edna v sou\u010dasnosti na posledn\u00edm m\u00edst\u011b, pokud jde o velikost flotily ledoborc\u016f, tato asijsk\u00e1 zem\u011b intenzivn\u011b investuje do upraven\u00fdch lod\u00ed schopn\u00fdch zvl\u00e1dnout arktickou trasu. Evropsk\u00e1 unie prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm Finska a \u0160v\u00e9dska p\u0159isp\u00edv\u00e1 technologiemi a stavbou lod\u00ed, ale po\u010det lod\u00ed schopn\u00fdch pravideln\u00fdch komer\u010dn\u00edch plaveb je st\u00e1le omezen\u00fd.     <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Environment\u00e1ln\u00ed rizika a v\u00fdzvy arktick\u00e9 trasy<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Arktick\u00e1 lodn\u00ed doprava p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm zvy\u0161uje riziko zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. T\u011b\u017ek\u00e1 paliva pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 lod\u011bmi maj\u00ed ni\u010div\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dinky na led a ekosyst\u00e9my.
