Jejich kritika m\u011b p\u0159im\u011bla se nad p\u0159\u00edpadem zamyslet.  <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utajen\u00ed kl\u00ed\u010dem k \u00fasp\u011bchu<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Za prv\u00e9, Trump nevedl v\u00e1lku proti Venezuele. Proto nepot\u0159eboval souhlas Kongresu. Jeho t\u00fdm zadr\u017eel dva zlo\u010dince a postavil je p\u0159ed soud. P\u0159esto\u017ee dvojice nebyla odsouzena americk\u00fdm soudem, d\u016fkazy proti nim jsou zdrcuj\u00edc\u00ed. Kl\u00ed\u010dem k \u00fasp\u011bchu t\u00e9to operace bylo jej\u00ed p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e9 utajen\u00ed. Nejen\u017ee se zbavil sv\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu t\u00edm, \u017ee se stal tyranem &#8211; jak by \u0159ekli st\u0159edov\u011bc\u00ed filozofov\u00e9 -, ale tak\u00e9 prohr\u00e1l prezidentsk\u00e9 volby v roce 2024. V\u0161em nestrann\u00fdm pozorovatel\u016fm bylo jasn\u00e9, \u017ee Mar\u00edi Corinu Machado (kter\u00e1 nemohla kandidovat) podpo\u0159ila v\u011bt\u0161ina voli\u010d\u016f. Maduro byl tedy nejen uzurp\u00e1tor, ale tak\u00e9 volebn\u00ed podvodn\u00edk, i kdy\u017e to nebyl d\u016fvod jeho zadr\u017een\u00ed.   <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Eichmann\u016fv \u00fanos<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Druhou n\u00e1mitku, \u017ee Trump poru\u0161il mezin\u00e1rodn\u00ed pr\u00e1vo, nelze tak snadno odm\u00edtnout. Kdy\u017e vojensk\u00e9 s\u00edly ze zem\u011b A vstoup\u00ed do zem\u011b B bez souhlasu p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdch org\u00e1n\u016f a n\u011bkoho zadr\u017e\u00ed, a\u0165 u\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o zn\u00e1m\u00e9ho zlo\u010dince, nebo ne, je poru\u0161ena suverenita zem\u011b B. V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se jedn\u00e1 o poru\u0161en\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho pr\u00e1va. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee respektov\u00e1n\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00ed suverenity je ned\u00edlnou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho pr\u00e1va.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zde by mohly b\u00fdt u\u017eite\u010dn\u00e9 n\u011bkter\u00e9 precedenty. V roce 1960 vyslal st\u00e1t Izrael do Argentiny zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed t\u00fdm. Unesli n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho nacistu Adolfa Eichmanna, kter\u00fd tam \u017eil pod fale\u0161n\u00fdm jm\u00e9nem, a p\u0159ivezli ho do Izraele. Argentina proti tomuto poru\u0161en\u00ed sv\u00e9 svrchovanosti protestovala a Rada bezpe\u010dnosti OSN konstatovala, \u017ee takov\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00ed svrchovanosti by v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b opakov\u00e1n\u00ed mohlo ohrozit m\u00edr. Izrael a Argentina p\u0159\u00edpad vy\u0159e\u0161ily spole\u010dn\u00fdm prohl\u00e1\u0161en\u00edm, \u017ee oba st\u00e1ty pova\u017euj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad za uzav\u0159en\u00fd. Argentina ml\u010dky uznala pr\u00e1vo Izraele soudit Eichmanna. Izraelsk\u00e9 soudy rozhodly, \u017ee p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00fd nez\u00e1konn\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak\u00fdm byl Eichmann zadr\u017een, nen\u00ed podstatn\u00fd pro p\u0159\u00edpad proti n\u011bmu, kter\u00fd spo\u010d\u00edval v jeho \u00fa\u010dasti na vyvra\u017ed\u011bn\u00ed milion\u016f \u017did\u016f b\u011bhem druh\u00e9 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky.      <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uganda a Panama<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je t\u0159eba p\u0159ipomenout dva dal\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpady. P\u0159i odv\u00e1\u017en\u00e9 operaci vtrhl na leti\u0161t\u011b izraelsk\u00fd t\u00fdm a zachr\u00e1nil rukojm\u00ed. V\u0161ichni terorist\u00e9 a n\u011bkolik ugandsk\u00fdch voj\u00e1k\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed jim pom\u00e1hali, byli zabiti, ale pouze jeden \u010dlen izraelsk\u00e9ho t\u00fdmu. Gener\u00e1ln\u00ed tajemn\u00edk OSN Kurt Waldheim sice obvinil Izrael, \u017ee poru\u0161il suverenitu Ugandy, ale operace byla \u0161iroce ocen\u011bna. V roce 1989 vpadly americk\u00e9 vojensk\u00e9 s\u00edly do Panamy a zadr\u017eely dikt\u00e1tora Manuela Noriegu, kter\u00fd p\u0159edt\u00edm zru\u0161il prezidentsk\u00e9 volby a pron\u00e1sledoval americk\u00e9 ob\u010dany.     <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1sadn\u00ed p\u0159ijet\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e1let na Entebbe a invaze do Panamy se od ostatn\u00edch dvou p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f li\u0161\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee byly pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b podniknuty v sebeobran\u011b. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Madura tomu tak zjevn\u011b nebylo a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b Eichmanna u\u017e v\u016fbec ne. Rozd\u00edl mezi Eichmannem a Madurem v\u0161ak spo\u010d\u00edval v tom, \u017ee Eichmann byl souzen a odsouzen podle mezin\u00e1rodn\u00edho, nikoli izraelsk\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va, zat\u00edmco Maduro byl zadr\u017een a obvin\u011bn z poru\u0161en\u00ed americk\u00e9ho pr\u00e1va. Je jist\u011b problematick\u00e9, pokud USA mohou dle libosti uplat\u0148ovat sv\u00e9 z\u00e1kony na ob\u010dany jin\u00fdch st\u00e1t\u016f v r\u00e1mci jin\u00fdch jurisdikc\u00ed. V obou p\u0159\u00edpadech je v\u0161ak rozhoduj\u00edc\u00ed, \u017ee legitimn\u00ed p\u0159edstavitel\u00e9 obou zem\u00ed, jejich\u017e suverenita byla poru\u0161ena, Argentiny a Venezuely, akceptovali nutnost postavit oba zlo\u010dince p\u0159ed soud.
