Ve \u0161kolstv\u00ed, u ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch intelektu\u00e1l\u016f a v obecn\u00fdch politick\u00fdch koment\u00e1\u0159\u00edch je \u010dasto vykreslov\u00e1n jako konstrukt vnucen\u00fd shora lidem dole. Nej\u010dast\u011bji je zesm\u011b\u0161\u0148ov\u00e1n, v lep\u0161\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jako iluze, v hor\u0161\u00edm jako blud. Je to varov\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00e9 vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky, p\u0159edsudky, pron\u00e1sledov\u00e1n\u00ed a genocidu.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jeliko\u017e se jedn\u00e1 o intelektu\u00e1ln\u00ed z\u00e1le\u017eitost, nen\u00ed jasn\u00e9, zda je tento pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00fd revizionismus z\u00e1padn\u00edch d\u011bjin zpochyb\u0148ov\u00e1n novou konzervativn\u00ed kontrakulturou, \u010di nikoli. Zat\u00edmco pravicov\u011b populistick\u00e9 strany, kter\u00e9 kladou d\u016fraz na n\u00e1rodn\u00ed identitu, soun\u00e1le\u017eitost a jednotu v osudu, politicky rostou, akademick\u00fd kmen, kter\u00fd je z\u00e1kladem ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho ch\u00e1p\u00e1n\u00ed nacionalismu, m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pro v\u011bt\u0161inu lid\u00ed p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 obskurn\u00ed na to, aby jej zpochyb\u0148ovali. <\/span><\/p><div class='related_content'><span>RELATED<\/span><ul><li><a href='https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/cs\/osobni-uvahy-o-dvaceti-jmenech'>Osobn\u00ed \u00favahy o dvaceti jm\u00e9nech<\/li><\/a><\/ul><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jak v\u016fbec definovat nacionalismus? Je toto slovo pro v\u011bt\u0161inu kontext\u016f prakticky zbyte\u010dn\u00e9? Co je pro b\u011b\u017en\u00e9ho ob\u010dana d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, kdy, jak a pro\u010d nacionalismus v Evrop\u011b historicky vznikl? Snad jen to, \u017ee pokud budou m\u00edt lid\u00e9 vy\u0159e\u0161eny sv\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 a soci\u00e1ln\u00ed probl\u00e9my, budou spokojeni tak jako tak.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee se k t\u00e9to jednoduchosti vracej\u00ed i populistick\u00e9 strany. V\u011bt\u0161ina stran, kter\u00e9 stoj\u00ed v \u010dele konzervativn\u00ed vlny na Z\u00e1pad\u011b, se nezaj\u00edm\u00e1 o d\u011bjiny idej\u00ed, dokonce ani o sv\u00e9 vlastn\u00ed ideje. Pokud si m\u016f\u017eeme dovolit spekulovat, mo\u017en\u00e1 je ka\u017ed\u00e1 takov\u00e1 zv\u011bdavost zast\u0159ena bari\u00e9rou, kterou p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed dv\u011b sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky. Pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed o tom, \u017ee nacionalismus je produktem despot\u016f a pro despoty a zbran\u00ed proti Jin\u00fdm, je mo\u017en\u00e1 tak v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00e9, \u017ee se i sou\u010dasn\u00ed nacionalist\u00e9 t\u0159esou p\u0159i p\u0159edstav\u011b sv\u00fdch ideov\u00fdch p\u0159edch\u016fdc\u016f z 20. stolet\u00ed.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 vymanit se z podm\u00edn\u011bnosti modern\u00ed kulturou. Existuje v\u0161ak ur\u010dit\u00fd konzervativn\u00ed odpor proti n\u00e1zoru, \u017ee za hr\u016fzami brut\u00e1ln\u00edch re\u017eim\u016f 20. stolet\u00ed st\u00e1li p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nacionalist\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed zd\u016fraz\u0148ovali, \u017ee p\u00e1chan\u00e9 zlo byl ve skute\u010dnosti imperialismus. V modern\u00edm narativu je imperialismus \u010dasto ch\u00e1p\u00e1n jako d\u016fsledek nacionalismu a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech p\u0159\u00edmo jako jeho synonymum. Konzervativn\u00ed pohled naopak navrhuje, \u017ee nacionalismus je protil\u00e1tkou imperialismu; uzn\u00e1n\u00ed hranic a pr\u00e1va na sebeur\u010den\u00ed je z\u00e1kladem pro respektov\u00e1n\u00ed rovnosti v\u0161ech n\u00e1rod\u016f.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nap\u011bt\u00ed mezi t\u011bmito dv\u011bma pohledy na nacionalismus nespo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 pouze v s\u00e9mantice nebo v rozd\u00edln\u00e9m n\u00e1zoru na to, zda je nacionalismus prosp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd, \u010di nikoli. Nese s sebou v\u00e1\u017en\u00fd konflikt hodnot, na kter\u00fd by se konzervativci m\u011bli dob\u0159e p\u0159ipravit. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Zaveden\u00fd pohled na nacionalismus<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 historiografii (kterou lze alternativn\u011b ozna\u010dit za liber\u00e1ln\u00ed, progresivn\u00ed nebo pov\u00e1le\u010dnou) se nacionalismus jev\u00ed jako my\u0161lenkov\u00fd v\u00fdvoj, kter\u00fd je neodmysliteln\u011b spjat s 19. a 20. stolet\u00edm. Je p\u0159ipisov\u00e1n industrializaci, urbanizaci, glob\u00e1ln\u00edmu obchodu a napoleonsk\u00fdm v\u00e1lk\u00e1m, co\u017e jsou asociace, kter\u00e9 jej preventivn\u011b stav\u00ed do role &#8222;ru\u0161iv\u00e9&#8220; s\u00edly. Nacionalismus byl (kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 slovo je &#8222;byl&#8220;, proto\u017ee tato historiografie v podstat\u011b odsuzuje nacionalismus jako zastaral\u00fd) podle pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 teorie reakc\u00ed na destrukci feudalismu a n\u00e1sledn\u011b zni\u010dil celou &#8222;starou&#8220; Evropu prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm prvn\u00ed sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky, ne\u017e se do\u010dkal sv\u00e9ho kone\u010dn\u00e9ho n\u00e1siln\u00e9ho konce v roce 1945.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tento &#8222;\u0161irok\u00fd v\u00fdklad&#8220; je b\u011b\u017en\u00fd ve \u0161kol\u00e1ch, popul\u00e1rn\u00edch m\u00e9di\u00edch a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b i v politick\u00e9 r\u00e9torice. Je politicky siln\u00e1, aby prosadila nevyhnutelnost &#8222;n\u00e1stupnick\u00e9&#8220; ideologie nacionalismu, co\u017e je to, co teoreticky pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me pr\u00e1v\u011b te\u010f. Jakkoli se postnacion\u00e1ln\u00ed ideologick\u00e9 trendy na\u0161\u00ed doby vyh\u00fdbaj\u00ed stru\u010dn\u00e9mu ozna\u010den\u00ed, lze je r\u016fzn\u011b ozna\u010dit za liber\u00e1ln\u00ed, soci\u00e1ln\u011b liber\u00e1ln\u00ed nebo t\u0159eba globalistick\u00e9. Jejich zast\u00e1nci by mohli tvrdit, \u017ee na rozd\u00edl od nacionalismu usiluje sou\u010dasn\u00e9 paradigma o sm\u00ed\u0159en\u00ed, sou\u017eit\u00ed a glob\u00e1ln\u00ed solidaritu t\u00edm \u010di on\u00edm zp\u016fsobem.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V t\u00e9to perspektiv\u011b nelze p\u0159ehl\u00e9dnout bl\u00edzkost marxistick\u00fdm teori\u00edm d\u011bjin, kter\u00e9 podobn\u011b vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed \u0161irok\u00e1 zobecn\u011bn\u00ed slo\u017eit\u00fdch historick\u00fdch obdob\u00ed ke konstrukci p\u0159edem dan\u00e9ho chronologick\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje. N\u00e1stupnickou ideologi\u00ed nacionalismu mohl b\u00fdt stejn\u011b dob\u0159e internacion\u00e1ln\u00ed socialismus, pokud by marxist\u00e9 studen\u00e9 v\u00e1lky m\u011bli m\u00edt posledn\u00ed slovo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Nacionalismus jako konzervatismus<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V konzervativn\u00ed historiografii je nacionalismus pro zm\u011bnu prezentov\u00e1n jako &#8222;p\u0159irozen\u00fd stav&#8220;. V\u011bt\u0161ina archaick\u00fdch forem komunitn\u00edho a spole\u010densk\u00e9ho v\u00fdvoje v d\u011bjin\u00e1ch je v j\u00e1dru projevem nacionalismu, ov\u0161em v z\u00e1rode\u010dn\u00e9 podob\u011b. V tomto pojet\u00ed je nacionalismus splynut\u00edm politiky s p\u0159irozenost\u00ed a\/nebo ob\u010dansk\u00fdm spole\u010denstv\u00edm, na rozd\u00edl od antagonismu v\u016f\u010di jak\u00fdmkoli mimolidsk\u00fdm skupin\u00e1m a nad\u0159azenosti nad nimi.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee nacionalismus, jak byl definov\u00e1n jako ideologie 19. stolet\u00ed, byl v\u017edy ti\u0161e p\u0159\u00edtomen i v p\u0159edmodern\u00edch spole\u010dnostech. Je samoz\u0159ejmou pravdou, \u017ee etnick\u00e1 spole\u010denstv\u00ed se v historii v\u017edy br\u00e1nila vp\u00e1du ciz\u00edch etnick\u00fdch skupin, a\u0165 u\u017e to byly kmeny bojuj\u00edc\u00ed proti \u0158\u00edman\u016fm, nebo Srbov\u00e9 bojuj\u00edc\u00ed proti Rakousku-Uhersku. Nacionalismus, bez ohledu na to, kter\u00e9 slovo se pro jeho popis pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1, je pouze strukturov\u00e1n\u00ed politiky kolem zvyk\u016f, tradic a vlastn\u00edch z\u00e1jm\u016f vnit\u0159n\u00ed skupiny. To, \u017ee jde o spravedliv\u00fd a ide\u00e1ln\u00ed zp\u016fsob uspo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00ed st\u00e1tu, nebyl nov\u00fd vyn\u00e1lez z doby kolem Francouzsk\u00e9 revoluce.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ot\u00e1zkou samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je, \u017ee pokud byl nacionalismus v\u0161udyp\u0159\u00edtomn\u00fd ji\u017e p\u0159ed p\u0159\u00edchodem &#8222;modern\u00edho&#8220; nacionalismu v 19. stolet\u00ed, kde byly n\u00e1rodn\u00ed st\u00e1ty a v\u00fdrazn\u011b etnick\u00e9 konflikty, kter\u00e9 jsou s nacionalismem, jak jej ch\u00e1pe modern\u00ed publikum, pojmov\u011b spojeny?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Odpov\u011b\u010f, kterou pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e1 teorie nacionalismu t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 ne\u0159e\u0161\u00ed, je, \u017ee jak n\u00e1rodn\u00ed st\u00e1t, tak my\u0161lenka politicky podm\u00edn\u011bn\u00e9ho etnick\u00e9ho v\u011bdom\u00ed vznikly daleko p\u0159ed Francouzskou revoluc\u00ed, a dokonce i p\u0159ed osv\u00edcenstv\u00edm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>N\u00e1rod je star\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e st\u00e1t<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Neexistuje nedostatek v\u011bdeck\u00fdch prac\u00ed, kter\u00e9 by podporovaly my\u0161lenku re\u00e1ln\u00e9ho vlivu nacionalismu (nacionalism\u016f) na politick\u00fd v\u00fdvoj st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00e9 a ran\u011b novov\u011bk\u00e9 Evropy, i kdy\u017e pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e1 historiografie by to obvykle nazna\u010dovala. Ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku p\u0159inesla desetilet\u00ed studi\u00ed o r\u016fstu \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu v pr\u016fb\u011bhu ran\u00e9ho novov\u011bku \u0159adu teori\u00ed, kter\u00e9 modern\u00edmu ob\u010danovi pom\u00e1haj\u00ed pochopit, jak Evropa skute\u010dn\u011b fungovala b\u011bhem &#8222;ancien r\u00e9gime&#8220;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Historik Harald Gustafsson popisuje &#8222;konglomer\u00e1tn\u00ed st\u00e1t&#8220; jako st\u00e1t region\u00e1ln\u00edch a provin\u010dn\u00edch slo\u017eek, kter\u00e9 m\u011bly velmi asymetrick\u00fd vztah k centr\u00e1ln\u00ed moci. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee st\u00e1t nebyl synonymem pro \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd n\u00e1rod; to ch\u00e1pali i samotn\u00ed \u0160v\u00e9dov\u00e9 17. stolet\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed rozli\u0161ovali mezi tradi\u010dn\u00edmi \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00fdmi \u010d\u00e1stmi &#8222;\u0159\u00ed\u0161e&#8220; a kulturn\u011b odli\u0161n\u00fdmi &#8222;provinciemi&#8220;, kter\u00e9 nebyly tradi\u010dn\u011b \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00e9. Diskurz o &#8222;\u0159\u00ed\u0161i&#8220; proti souboru &#8222;provinci\u00ed&#8220; nejen\u017ee uzn\u00e1val praktick\u00e9 politick\u00e9 \u010dlen\u011bn\u00ed v r\u00e1mci jejich \u0159\u00ed\u0161e, ale tak\u00e9 ukazoval, \u017ee uvnit\u0159 mnohon\u00e1rodnostn\u00edch \u0159\u00ed\u0161\u00ed se respektuj\u00ed politick\u00e1 omezen\u00ed pod\u00e9l jazykov\u00fdch, n\u00e1bo\u017eensk\u00fdch a kulturn\u00edch hranic.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gustafssonova teze o &#8222;konglomer\u00e1tn\u00edm st\u00e1t\u011b&#8220; spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 v tom, \u017ee ran\u011b novov\u011bk\u00fd st\u00e1t byl geograficky rozd\u011blen podle zvyklost\u00ed, na rozd\u00edl od praktick\u00fdch pot\u0159eb panovn\u00edka nebo byrokracie. Jin\u00fdmi slovy, to, \u017ee odli\u0161n\u00e9 komunity, nap\u0159\u00edklad jazykov\u011b nebo n\u00e1bo\u017eensky jedine\u010dn\u00e9 provincie, vyjedn\u00e1valy sv\u016fj vztah k centr\u00e1ln\u00ed moci odd\u011blen\u011b, znamen\u00e1, \u017ee region\u00e1ln\u00ed identity byly politicky siln\u00e9 je\u0161t\u011b p\u0159ed &#8222;vyn\u00e1lezem&#8220; modern\u00edho nacionalismu. Projevy politicky aktivn\u00edho n\u00e1rodn\u00edho v\u011bdom\u00ed lze identifikovat tak\u00e9 v pozdn\u011b st\u0159edov\u011bk\u00e9 Skandin\u00e1vii b\u011bhem \u010detn\u00fdch konflikt\u016f Kalmarsk\u00e9 unie, stejn\u011b jako v zem\u00edch, jako bylo Nizozemsko v dob\u011b reformace a vzniku Nizozemsk\u00e9 republiky.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nizozemsko a \u0160v\u00e9dsko jsou v 17. stolet\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00edmi p\u0159\u00edklady prvn\u00edch evropsk\u00fdch n\u00e1rodn\u00edch st\u00e1t\u016f, kde n\u00e1rodn\u00ed v\u011bdom\u00ed existovalo, bylo podporov\u00e1no st\u00e1tem &#8211; na svou dobu velmi efektivn\u00edm a sofistikovan\u00fdm st\u00e1tem &#8211; a slou\u017eilo jako zdroj politick\u00e9 legitimity.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z toho samoz\u0159ejm\u011b vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee n\u00e1rody mohou b\u00fdt politicky vyvlastn\u011bny, a v\u011bt\u0161ina dosud existuj\u00edc\u00edch n\u00e1rod\u016f se jimi v pr\u016fb\u011bhu d\u011bjin tak \u010di onak stala. Znamen\u00e1 to, \u017ee n\u00e1rod p\u0159estal existovat? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To sotva. Vznik N\u011bmecka je obl\u00edben\u00fdm st\u0159edobodem pov\u00e1le\u010dn\u00e9 teorie nacionalismu a slou\u017e\u00ed jako dobr\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad toho, \u017ee n\u00e1rod m\u016f\u017ee existovat, ale neodpov\u00edd\u00e1 \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9mu \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9mu politick\u00e9mu subjektu. Podle popul\u00e1rn\u00edho vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed o n\u011bmeck\u00fdch d\u011bjin\u00e1ch, jak se \u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed v mnoha kultur\u00e1ch, byla zem\u011b prakticky vynalezena v polovin\u011b 19. stolet\u00ed. Historick\u00e9 zm\u00ednky o N\u011bmeck\u00e9m kr\u00e1lovstv\u00ed sahaj\u00edc\u00ed a\u017e do obdob\u00ed st\u0159edov\u011bku jsou do zna\u010dn\u00e9 m\u00edry zaml\u017eeny, stejn\u011b jako pokusy o sjednocen\u00ed N\u011bmecka b\u011bhem t\u0159icetilet\u00e9 v\u00e1lky, kter\u00e9 v\u0161ak nakonec skon\u010dily ne\u00fasp\u011bchem.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">P\u0159ed modern\u00edm budov\u00e1n\u00edm st\u00e1tu, byrokraci\u00ed, standardizac\u00ed jazyka a okam\u017eitou komunikac\u00ed existovalo mnoho n\u00e1rod\u016f, i kdy\u017e politicky neaktivn\u00edch, pod z\u00e1\u0161titou \u0159\u00ed\u0161\u00ed nebo feud\u00e1ln\u00edch st\u00e1t\u016f. Moc t\u011bchto st\u00e1t\u016f \u00fa\u010dinn\u011b potla\u010dovat m\u00edstn\u00ed identity, zvyky, jazyky a n\u00e1bo\u017eenstv\u00ed neexistovala v\u017edy. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S upevn\u011bn\u00edm modern\u00edho n\u00e1rodn\u00edho st\u00e1tu v Evrop\u011b v 18. a 19. stolet\u00ed se za\u010dalo d\u00edt n\u011bco jin\u00e9ho: n\u00e1rod se stal synonymem pro st\u00e1t. Zde lze vysledovat modern\u00ed pohled na nacionalismus. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Jak se nacionalismus zdiskreditoval<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kdy\u017e se st\u00e1t a n\u00e1rod pojmov\u011b spoj\u00ed, je pro ob\u010dany t\u011b\u017e\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edstavit si dobu, kdy n\u00e1rody existovaly jako spole\u010densk\u00e9 struktury nez\u00e1visle na st\u00e1tech. Vznik modern\u00edho st\u00e1tu a jeho byrokracie v 19. stolet\u00ed se snadno p\u0159en\u00e1\u0161\u00ed jako vznik n\u00e1roda, kdy\u017e dal\u0161\u00ed generace p\u0159eskakuj\u00ed slo\u017eitosti ji\u017e neexistuj\u00edc\u00edho sv\u011bta ran\u00e9ho novov\u011bku. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Z\u00e1jmy st\u00e1tu se tak spojuj\u00ed se z\u00e1jmy n\u00e1roda. Takto se ideologie o sebeur\u010den\u00ed, tradici a zvykov\u00e9 vl\u00e1d\u011b obvi\u0148uje ze zv\u011brstev, jako jsou sv\u011btov\u00e9 v\u00e1lky a genocidy. Dnes m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt i slovo n\u00e1rodn\u00ed st\u00e1t pro ty, kte\u0159\u00ed tento pojem neznaj\u00ed, matouc\u00ed, proto\u017ee slovo n\u00e1rod bylo nov\u011b interpretov\u00e1no jako z\u00e1stupn\u00fd pojem pro st\u00e1t.
