Tak\u00e9 ji pova\u017eujeme za samoz\u0159ejmost. Pova\u017eujeme za samoz\u0159ejmost, \u017ee m\u016f\u017eeme po na\u0161em kontinentu voln\u011b cestovat. Pova\u017eujeme za samoz\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee r\u016fzn\u00e9 evropsk\u00e9 populace by m\u011bly c\u00edtit p\u0159irozenou soun\u00e1le\u017eitost a loajalitu k sob\u011b navz\u00e1jem.   <\/p>\n<p>To v\u0161e by n\u00e1m v\u0161ak nem\u011blo br\u00e1nit v tom, abychom se odv\u00e1\u017eili vid\u011bt, \u017ee otev\u0159enost n\u011bkdy paradoxn\u011b vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159ebu kontroly a regulace. Mus\u00edme se proto odv\u00e1\u017eit p\u0159ipustit, \u017ee otev\u0159enost m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt kontraproduktivn\u00ed, pokud se s n\u00ed nezach\u00e1z\u00ed opatrn\u011b. <\/p>\n<p>Jasn\u00fdm p\u0159\u00edkladem je rozs\u00e1hl\u00e1 neleg\u00e1ln\u00ed imigrace do Evropy. Skute\u010dnost, \u017ee bylo umo\u017en\u011bno, aby se stala tak rozs\u00e1hlou, je zp\u016fsobena t\u00edm, \u017ee evrop\u0161t\u00ed politici si v\u00e1\u017e\u00ed na\u0161\u00ed drah\u00e9 otev\u0159enosti. Politici, n\u00e1zorov\u00ed v\u016fdci i mnoz\u00ed b\u011b\u017en\u00ed ob\u010dan\u00e9 necht\u011bli vid\u011bt, \u017ee Evropa s otev\u0159en\u00fdmi vnit\u0159n\u00edmi hranicemi vy\u017eaduje Evropu s <a href=\"https:\/\/europeanmovement.eu\/policy\/free-movement-and-schengen-a-no-borders-europe\/\">p\u0159\u00edsn\u011b kontrolovan\u00fdmi vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmi hranicemi<\/a>. Ideologick\u00e1 zbo\u017en\u00e1 p\u0159\u00e1n\u00ed o otev\u0159enosti a imigraci zp\u016fsobila, \u017ee vn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed hranice nebyly st\u0159e\u017eeny tak, jak by m\u011bly.   <\/p>\n<p>P\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mnoho Evropan\u016f se stav\u011blo proti my\u0161lence stav\u011bt jak\u00e9koli zdi proti vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edmu sv\u011btu. Evropa by se nem\u011bla st\u00e1t &#8222;pevnost\u00ed Evropa&#8220;, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gchumanrights.org\/preparedness\/eu-fortress-europe-migration-plan-endangers-basic-human-rights\/\">kter\u00e1 uzav\u00edr\u00e1 lidi p\u0159ed sv\u011btem<\/a>. Evropa m\u011bla tak\u00e9 povinnost v\u017edy pom\u00e1hat lidem v nouzi, bez ohledu na mo\u017en\u00e9 d\u016fsledky pro Evropany samotn\u00e9. Proto jsme polevili v ostra\u017eitosti. Proto jsme nedost\u00e1li n\u00e1rok\u016fm, kter\u00e9 vnit\u0159n\u00ed otev\u0159enost klade na udr\u017een\u00ed po\u0159\u00e1dku na vn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch hranic\u00edch.    <\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edvejme se v\u0161ak i na konkr\u00e9tn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed p\u0159\u00edklad. \u0160v\u00e9dsko m\u00e1 ji\u017e n\u011bkolik desetilet\u00ed velkorys\u00fd syst\u00e9m pro z\u0159izov\u00e1n\u00ed soukrom\u00fdch \u0161kol. Finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky, kter\u00e9 by obce vynakl\u00e1daly na jednotliv\u00e9 \u017e\u00e1ky ve ve\u0159ejn\u011b provozovan\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch, mohou b\u00fdt p\u0159evedeny na soukrom\u00e9 subjekty, pokud dostanou povolen\u00ed provozovat vlastn\u00ed soukromou \u0161kolu. Soukrom\u00e9 subjekty nav\u00edc mohou z provozu vyt\u011b\u017eit zisk, p\u0159esto\u017ee je v podstat\u011b financov\u00e1n z ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch prost\u0159edk\u016f.   <\/p>\n<p>To vedlo k tomu, \u017ee trh se \u0161koln\u00edmi pom\u016fckami ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku doslova explodoval. Soukrom\u00e9 organizace, nadace a spole\u010dnosti zalo\u017eily \u0161koly a nyn\u00ed nab\u00edzej\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 alternativy k dosud existuj\u00edc\u00edm ve\u0159ejn\u00fdm \u0161kol\u00e1m. <\/p>\n<p>Takzvan\u00fd &#8222;svobodn\u00fd \u0161kolsk\u00fd syst\u00e9m&#8220; existuje ji\u017e asi t\u0159icet let. Nyn\u00ed se v\u0161ak st\u00e1le \u010dast\u011bji oz\u00fdvaj\u00ed st\u00ed\u017enosti. Soukrom\u00e9 \u0161koly n\u011bkdy ud\u011bluj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed zn\u00e1mky, aby vyvolaly dojem, \u017ee jejich v\u00fduka je lep\u0161\u00ed. N\u011bkter\u00e9 soukrom\u00e9 subjekty si odn\u00e1\u0161ej\u00ed pozoruhodn\u011b vysok\u00e9 zisky, pen\u00edze, kter\u00e9 by se mohly vr\u00e1tit zp\u011bt do provozu samotn\u00fdch \u0161kol. A zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee segregace mezi dobr\u00fdmi a \u0161patn\u00fdmi \u0161kolami se postupem \u010dasu jen zv\u011bt\u0161uje.    <\/p>\n<p>Nyn\u00ed je tedy t\u0159eba syst\u00e9m regulovat. Svoboda a otev\u0159enost byly dobr\u00e9. Mnoz\u00ed souhlas\u00ed s t\u00edm, \u017ee svobodn\u00fd \u0161kolsk\u00fd syst\u00e9m zlep\u0161il \u0161v\u00e9dsk\u00e9 \u0161kolstv\u00ed, ale existuje tak\u00e9 ur\u010dit\u00e1 hranice.  <\/p>\n<p>D\u00edky mo\u017enosti zakl\u00e1dat soukrom\u00e9 \u0161koly vzniklo mnoho nov\u00fdch kvalitn\u00edch \u0161kol. Je v\u0161ak tak\u00e9 faktem, \u017ee jin\u00e9 \u0161koly se zhor\u0161ily. Kvalitn\u00ed \u0161koly p\u0159itahuj\u00ed nejlep\u0161\u00ed studenty a nejlep\u0161\u00ed u\u010ditele. Co\u017e vedlo k tomu, \u017ee se nejslab\u0161\u00ed studenti a nejslab\u0161\u00ed u\u010ditel\u00e9 soust\u0159edili v jin\u00fdch \u0161kol\u00e1ch. Dokonce i politick\u00e9 strany, kter\u00e9 kdysi prosazovaly vytvo\u0159en\u00ed \u0161kolsk\u00e9ho trhu ve \u0160v\u00e9dsku, nyn\u00ed \u0159\u00edkaj\u00ed, \u017ee <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/world\/2023\/nov\/10\/swedens-schools-minister-declares-free-school-system-failure\">je t\u0159eba jej regulovat<\/a>.    <\/p>\n<p>Svoboda a otev\u0159enost p\u0159inesly mnoho dobr\u00e9ho. Deregulace v\u0161ak nakonec tak\u00e9 vyvolala pot\u0159ebu kontrolovat a regulovat trh, kter\u00fd d\u0159\u00edve neexistoval. <\/p>\n<p>Co se tedy m\u016f\u017eeme nau\u010dit? M\u011bli bychom p\u0159estat v\u011b\u0159it v otev\u0159enost a voln\u00fd trh? Jist\u011b\u017ee ne. Alternativou je socialismus, regulace a chudoba.   <\/p>\n<p>Mus\u00edme se v\u0161ak odv\u00e1\u017eit vid\u011bt, \u017ee svoboda a deregulace mohou vytv\u00e1\u0159et nov\u00e9 pot\u0159eby kontroly a regulace. Svobodu je t\u0159eba prost\u011b p\u011bstovat. S otev\u0159enost\u00ed je t\u0159eba zach\u00e1zet opatrn\u011b.  <\/p>\n<p>Voln\u00fd trh m\u016f\u017ee vy\u017eadovat regulaci, aby byli lid\u00e9 chr\u00e1n\u011bni p\u0159ed n\u011bkdy nevyhnuteln\u00fdmi negativn\u00edmi dopady trhu.
