Hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 integrace Evropy, kter\u00e1 prob\u00edhala v letech 1957 a\u017e 1993, byla ohromn\u00fdm \u00fasp\u011bchem. Pot\u00e9 se v\u0161ak Evropsk\u00e1 unie rozhodla j\u00edt jin\u00fdm sm\u011brem: pokra\u010dovat v politick\u00e9 integraci, co\u017e je eufemismus pro centralizaci. C\u00edlem se stala p\u0159em\u011bna celn\u00ed unie ve feder\u00e1ln\u00ed st\u00e1t. Bude v tomto kurzu pokra\u010dovat, nebo existuje \u0161ance, \u017ee ustoup\u00ed k voln\u011bj\u0161\u00ed unii, tak trochu po vzoru <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/cs\/valka-na-ukrajine-severske-reseni\">Seversk\u00e9 rady,<\/a> kde hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 a pr\u00e1vn\u00ed integrace seversk\u00fdch zem\u00ed prob\u00edhala postupn\u011b a spont\u00e1nn\u011b, s minim\u00e1ln\u00edm vzd\u00e1n\u00edm se suverenity?      <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Island na rozcest\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Island se nyn\u00ed tak\u00e9 nach\u00e1z\u00ed na k\u0159i\u017eovatce. M\u00e1 vstoupit do EU, nebo z\u016fstat spolu s Norskem a Lichten\u0161tejnskem v EHP, Evropsk\u00e9m hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9m prostoru? Islandsk\u00e1 vl\u00e1da o tom ne\u010dekan\u011b vypsala <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/cs\/argumenty-pro-a-proti-clenstvi-islandu-v-eu\">referendum na<\/a> srpen leto\u0161n\u00edho roku. (Referendum je form\u00e1ln\u011b o tom, zda m\u00e1 Island obnovit proces p\u0159izp\u016fsobov\u00e1n\u00ed se \u010dlenstv\u00ed, kter\u00fd byl zah\u00e1jen v roce 2009 a zastaven v roce 2015, ale ve skute\u010dnosti jde samoz\u0159ejm\u011b o \u010dlenstv\u00ed v EU). Jedinou cestou z hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 stagnace a \u00fapadku je podle Rangeleyho otev\u0159en\u00e1 ekonomika, kde da\u0148ov\u00fd syst\u00e9m neodrazuje od inovac\u00ed.  <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">EU jako zmen\u0161uj\u00edc\u00ed se lo\u010f<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/freemarket-rs.com\/speaker\/mitchell-daniel\/\">Daniel Mitchell<\/a>, kter\u00fd p\u016fsobil jako odborn\u00edk na dan\u011b v mnoha americk\u00fdch think-tanc\u00edch, nazna\u010dil, \u017ee probl\u00e9mem Evropy nen\u00ed jen to, \u017ee se pot\u00e1p\u00ed, ale tak\u00e9 to, \u017ee se zmen\u0161uje. Jeho grafy ukazovaly, \u017ee pod\u00edl EU na celosv\u011btov\u00e9 produkci dramaticky klesl. EU nav\u00edc \u010delila demografick\u00e9 krizi. St\u00e1le v\u00edce lid\u00ed dosahovalo d\u016fchodov\u00e9ho v\u011bku, zat\u00edmco st\u00e1le m\u00e9n\u011b lid\u00ed pracovalo a vytv\u00e1\u0159elo hodnoty. V mnoha \u010dlensk\u00fdch zem\u00edch byly penzijn\u00ed z\u00e1vazky neufinancovateln\u00e9. Pro chud\u00e9 zem\u011b jihov\u00fdchodn\u00ed Evropy by mohlo b\u00fdt rozumn\u00e9 vstoupit do EU, tvrdil Mitchell, ale jednoduch\u00e1 anal\u00fdza n\u00e1klad\u016f a p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f pro Island uk\u00e1zala, \u017ee z \u010dlenstv\u00ed nic nem\u00e1.     <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na instituc\u00edch a politik\u00e1ch z\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Profesor <a href=\"http:\/\/Sasa Randjelovic\">Sa\u0161a Randjelovi\u010d<\/a> z B\u011blehradsk\u00e9 univerzity p\u0159edstavil studii 25 postsocialistick\u00fdch ekonomik, kter\u00e9 si vedly jinak. Pro\u010d n\u011bkter\u00e9 rostly rychleji ne\u017e jin\u00e9? D\u00edky \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, nebo dobr\u00e9 politice? Z\u00e1v\u011br zn\u011bl, \u017ee mnohem d\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed jsou politiky (nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed zdroje nebo glob\u00e1ln\u00ed trendy). Mezi politikami se jako nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed uk\u00e1zala fisk\u00e1ln\u00ed politika a instituce. Randjelovic porovn\u00e1val EU-27, \u010c\u00ednu a USA s Islandem na z\u00e1klad\u011b \u010dty\u0159 prom\u011bnn\u00fdch: da\u0148ov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edjm\u016f, fisk\u00e1ln\u00ed bilance, ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho dluhu a kvality instituc\u00ed. Island dos\u00e1hl lep\u0161\u00edch v\u00fdsledk\u016f ne\u017e EU ve v\u0161ech \u010dty\u0159ech ukazatel\u00edch.      <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Obavy o bezpe\u010dnost<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dr. <a href=\"https:\/\/freemarket-rs.com\/speaker\/bendarzsevszkij-anton\/\">Anton Bendarzsevszkij<\/a>, \u0159editel v\u00fdzkumn\u00e9ho \u00fastavu Oeconomus v Budape\u0161ti, hovo\u0159il o nap\u011bt\u00ed mezi otev\u0159en\u00fdm trhem a bezpe\u010dnostn\u00edmi obavami.
