Voli\u010di budou dot\u00e1z\u00e1ni, zda souhlas\u00ed s obnoven\u00edm jedn\u00e1n\u00ed o \u010dlenstv\u00ed, kter\u00e1 byla zah\u00e1jena v roce 2009 pod\u00e1n\u00edm \u017e\u00e1dosti Islandu a v roce 2013 pozastavena. Island je spolu s Norskem a Lichten\u0161tejnskem \u010dlenem Evropsk\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho prostoru (EHP) od roku 1994. \u010clenstv\u00ed v EHP poskytuje Islandu p\u0159\u00edstup na evropsk\u00fd vnit\u0159n\u00ed trh, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e si zachov\u00e1v\u00e1 kontrolu nad rybolovem, zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00edm, zahrani\u010dn\u00edm obchodem, m\u011bnov\u00fdmi z\u00e1le\u017eitostmi a zahrani\u010dn\u00ed politikou. Ot\u00e1zkou nyn\u00ed je, pro\u010d by Island m\u011bl u\u010dinit krok ven z EHP a vstoupit do EU, zejm\u00e9na vzhledem k tomu, \u017ee Island je v\u00fdrazn\u011b prosperuj\u00edc\u00ed ne\u017e pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00e1 zem\u011b EU.    <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Referendum se t\u00fdk\u00e1 \u010dlenstv\u00ed<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zast\u00e1nci EU tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee referendum se net\u00fdk\u00e1 \u010dlenstv\u00ed v EU, ale ur\u010den\u00ed podm\u00ednek, za jak\u00fdch by se Island mohl p\u0159ipojit \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad jak\u00fdch trval\u00fdch v\u00fdjimek (opt-out\u016f) by mu mohl pr\u00e1vn\u00ed r\u00e1mec EU poskytnout. Odp\u016frci \u010dlenstv\u00ed na to reaguj\u00ed t\u00edm, \u017ee referendum se samoz\u0159ejm\u011b t\u00fdk\u00e1 \u010dlenstv\u00ed: jde o obnoven\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dosti z roku 2009 a obnoven\u00ed procesu p\u0159istupov\u00e1n\u00ed. \u010clenstv\u00ed v EU nen\u00ed jako bufet, kde si \u010dlov\u011bk m\u016f\u017ee vyb\u00edrat podle libosti. Pokud zem\u011b po\u017e\u00e1d\u00e1 o \u010dlenstv\u00ed, je to proto, \u017ee to s n\u00edm mysl\u00ed v\u00e1\u017en\u011b. P\u0159istupovac\u00ed jedn\u00e1n\u00ed spo\u010d\u00edvaj\u00ed v systematick\u00e9m sbli\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00edho r\u00e1mce \u017eadatelsk\u00e9ho st\u00e1tu s pr\u00e1vn\u00edm r\u00e1mcem EU, tzv. <em>acquis communautaire<\/em>. Do\u010dasn\u00e9 v\u00fdjimky a zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpady tvo\u0159\u00ed pouze jejich \u010d\u00e1st.     <\/p><div class='related_content'><span>RELATED<\/span><ul><li><a href='https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/cs\/dva-cizinci-kteri-zachranili-island'>Dva cizinci, kte\u0159\u00ed zachr\u00e1nili Island<\/li><\/a><li><a href='https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/cs\/tri-modely-pro-eu'>T\u0159i modely pro EU<\/li><\/a><li><a href='https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/cs\/italsky-narodni-suverenni-fond-nova-strategie-pro-podporu-rustu-a-dlouhodobych-investic'>Italsk\u00fd n\u00e1rodn\u00ed suver\u00e9nn\u00ed fond: Nov\u00e1 strategie pro podporu r\u016fstu a dlouhodob\u00fdch investic<\/li><\/a><\/ul><\/div>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Island pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b p\u0159evzal p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 35 procent pr\u00e1vn\u00edho r\u00e1mce EU<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zast\u00e1nci EU tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee Island je ji\u017e v\u00edce ne\u017e z poloviny \u010dlenem EU, proto\u017ee prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm sv\u00e9ho \u010dlenstv\u00ed v EHP p\u0159evzal p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 70 procent pr\u00e1vn\u00edho r\u00e1mce EU, v\u010detn\u011b sm\u011brnic, na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed a z\u00e1kon\u016f. Odp\u016frci \u010dlenstv\u00ed nam\u00edtaj\u00ed, \u017ee to nen\u00ed zcela p\u0159esn\u00e9. Odhaduje se, \u017ee p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b polovina pr\u00e1vn\u00edho r\u00e1mce EU se vztahuje na vnit\u0159n\u00ed trh. To nazna\u010duje, \u017ee Island p\u0159ijal pouze asi 35 procent pr\u00e1vn\u00edho r\u00e1mce EU. Nav\u00edc jako \u010dlen EHP nen\u00ed Island povinen p\u0159ij\u00edmat v\u0161echny sm\u011brnice EU. Pokud se Island a EU v takov\u00e9 ot\u00e1zce neshodnou, je na zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edm soudu, aby ji vy\u0159e\u0161il (Soud ESVO).     <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Island by m\u011bl v EU zanedbateln\u00fd vliv<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zast\u00e1nci EU argumentuj\u00ed, \u017ee Island by se m\u011bl p\u0159ipojit, proto\u017ee by pak m\u011bl slovo v rozhodovac\u00edm procesu EU. Odp\u016frci \u010dlenstv\u00ed poukazuj\u00ed na to, \u017ee role Islandu v EU by byla zanedbateln\u00e1. Z\u00edskal by 6 z 276 k\u0159esel v Evropsk\u00e9m parlamentu, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje 0,8 procenta. V Evropsk\u00e9 rad\u011b by z\u00edskala 0,1 % v\u00e1\u017een\u00fdch hlas\u016f. Z\u00edskala by 1 z 28 komisa\u0159\u016f a 1 ze 28 soudc\u016f Soudn\u00edho dvora Evropsk\u00e9 unie, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e od obou by se o\u010dek\u00e1valo, \u017ee budou rozhodovat nez\u00e1visle na sv\u00fdch zem\u00edch p\u016fvodu.    <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Spr\u00e1va rybolovu by byla p\u0159evedena do Bruselu<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zast\u00e1nci \u010dlenstv\u00ed v EU tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee Island by si na z\u00e1klad\u011b rybolovn\u00fdch pr\u00e1v v soukrom\u00e9m vlastnictv\u00ed zachoval kontrolu nad sv\u00fdm v\u00fdnosn\u00fdm a udr\u017eiteln\u00fdm <a href=\"https:\/\/books.google.com.br\/books?id=j-p8CwAAQBAJ\">rybolovem<\/a>. Odp\u016frci \u010dlenstv\u00ed poukazuj\u00ed na na\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed EU <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg\/2013\/1380\/oj\/eng\">\u010d. 1380\/2013<\/a> o spole\u010dn\u00e9 ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 politice, podle n\u011bho\u017e (\u010dl. 5) by ryb\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e1 plavidla Unie m\u011bla m\u00edt rovn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup do v\u0161ech vod Unie, s v\u00fdjimkou toho, \u017ee \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty maj\u00ed do\u010dasnou kontrolu nad rybolovem v p\u00e1smu do 12 mil. P\u0159ipou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed, \u017ee EU by pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b umo\u017enila Islan\u010fan\u016fm pokra\u010dovat v rybolovu v r\u00e1mci jejich st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00ed 200-m\u00edlov\u00e9 v\u00fdlu\u010dn\u00e9 ekonomick\u00e9 z\u00f3ny (EEZ), aby byla zaji\u0161t\u011bna relativn\u00ed stabilita. Nejednalo by se v\u0161ak o pr\u00e1vo, n\u00fdbr\u017e sp\u00ed\u0161e o gesto dobr\u00e9 v\u016fle ze strany EU, kter\u00e9 by mohlo b\u00fdt kdykoli odvol\u00e1no.   <\/p>\n<h3 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bezpe\u010dnost Islandu zaji\u0161\u0165uj\u00ed USA, nikoli EU<\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zast\u00e1nci EU tvrd\u00ed, \u017ee Island mus\u00ed v situaci rostouc\u00ed nejistoty v severn\u00edm Atlantiku hledat \u00fato\u010di\u0161t\u011b v Evrop\u011b. Odp\u016frci \u010dlenstv\u00ed poukazuj\u00ed na to, \u017ee Island m\u00e1 <a href=\"https:\/\/avalon.law.yale.edu\/20th_century\/ice001.asp\">obrannou smlouvu<\/a> se Spojen\u00fdmi st\u00e1ty, zem\u00ed s nesrovnateln\u011b v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed vojenskou silou ne\u017e v\u0161echny zem\u011b EU dohromady.
