Sin embargo, los dos partidos de derecha, radicalmente diferentes, compiten por el gobierno.<\/p>\n<p>Por un lado, est\u00e1 PiS (ECR), el partido de Kaczynski y Morawiecki de base ideol\u00f3gica conservadora, anticomunista y nacionalista, que gobern\u00f3 de 2005 a 2011 y de 2015 hasta hoy; por otro, est\u00e1 PO (PPE), el partido liberal, proeuropeo y democristiano de Donald Tusk. Pasando a los resultados num\u00e9ricos, la situaci\u00f3n del escrutinio a completar es la siguiente: PiS y su coalici\u00f3n siguen en primer lugar, con algo m\u00e1s del 35% de los votos; seguidos de PO y sus aliados, estancados en el 30%; tercer puesto para un bloque alternativo, \u00abTerza Via\u00bb, formado por movimientos ecologistas y agrarios, que recogi\u00f3 el 14% de los votos; el bloque de centro-izquierda Nowa Levica (8,48%) y el grupo a\u00fan m\u00e1s a la derecha de PiS, Konfederacja (7,17%), tambi\u00e9n superaron un n\u00famero significativo de votos.<\/p>\n<p>Es f\u00e1cil decir que el bloque gubernamental (o al menos ideol\u00f3gicamente m\u00e1s pr\u00f3ximo) obtiene algo m\u00e1s del 40% de los votos (43,15%), mientras que las oposiciones conjuntas superan ampliamente el 50% (53,09%). El recuento no es tan sencillo: PiS sigue teniendo el mayor n\u00famero de votos y, por tanto, de esca\u00f1os. Adem\u00e1s, no ser\u00e1 f\u00e1cil encontrar un acuerdo de gobierno estable para Tusk teniendo que encontrar un acuerdo entre los suyos, la izquierda y los verdes con un programa que no tenga como \u00fanico objetivo echar al PiS del gobierno del pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>El an\u00e1lisis del voto subraya entonces algunos aspectos fundamentales: en Peque\u00f1a Polonia, Podlachia, Santacroce y Lublin, el PiS super\u00f3 el 40%, mientras que en Subcarpacia obtuvo incluso la mayor\u00eda absoluta con un 52,83%, mientras que no alcanz\u00f3 el 30% en Pomerania Occidental, Lubusz y Pomerania (donde obtuvo el peor resultado con un 27,39%). \u00bfQu\u00e9 tienen en com\u00fan estas regiones?<\/p>\n<p>Subcarpacia y Lublin limitan con Ucrania, Podlaquia con Bielorrusia y Lituania, Peque\u00f1a Polonia con Eslovaquia y Santacroce est\u00e1 cerca de estas zonas fronterizas; Pomerania Occidental, Lubusz y Pomerania son las zonas lim\u00edtrofes con Alemania y con vistas al B\u00e1ltico. As\u00ed pues, el voto al PiS se generaliz\u00f3 en los pueblos, sobre todo en las zonas del sur y el este del pa\u00eds, m\u00e1s implicadas en la guerra entre Rusia y Ucrania, mientras que fue m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil en las ciudades del noroeste. Un voto exactamente antit\u00e9tico al de PO, que en cambio super\u00f3 el 35% en las ciudades llegando a s\u00f3lo el 20% en los pueblos, con una explotaci\u00f3n desde el extranjero que sin embargo supuso unos 140.000 votos, poco significativos para los resultados finales de las elecciones.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-14558 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/391589985_891100285710370_5586497987768173367_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"457\" height=\"304\">Por tanto, hay que refutar de inmediato la interpretaci\u00f3n que querr\u00eda penalizar al PiS por su fiel apoyo a la causa ucraniana, ya que las zonas m\u00e1s implicadas s\u00ed han recompensado ampliamente al partido gubernamental. Si acaso, simplemente el fuerte aumento de la participaci\u00f3n electoral (73% de participaci\u00f3n frente al 62% de 2019) hizo que PiS redujera su consenso, mientras que PO recuper\u00f3 los votos incluso de quienes se hab\u00edan abstenido la \u00faltima vez.<\/p>\n<p>Ahora bien, los pr\u00f3ximos movimientos ser\u00e1n ciertamente agitados: no se cuestiona que la coalici\u00f3n de la oposici\u00f3n vaya a llegar al Gobierno; sin embargo, queda por ver la base program\u00e1tica y de valores en la que se basar\u00e1 el acuerdo.
