Tras largas y acaloradas negociaciones de m\u00e1s de cinco horas, se lleg\u00f3 a la conclusi\u00f3n de que no se convocar\u00e1 un \u00abalto el fuego\u00bb, como propuso el socialista espa\u00f1ol Pedro S\u00e1nchez seguido del Primer Ministro irland\u00e9s, sino m\u00e1s bien \u00abpausas humanitarias\u00bb a corto plazo. El problema del \u00abalto el fuego\u00bb, como explic\u00f3 el mi\u00e9rcoles en el Parlamento italiano la Presidenta Giorgia Meloni y reiteraron despu\u00e9s tanto el Primer Ministro holand\u00e9s, Mark Rutte, como el Canciller austriaco, Karl Nehammer, es que animar\u00eda a Ham\u00e1s a seguir adelante y dir\u00eda a los israel\u00edes que no tienen derecho a defenderse.<\/p><div class='related_content'><span>RELATED<\/span><ul><li><a href='https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/es\/la-realidad-del-gas-en-europa-italia-navega-por-la-transicion-energetica-con-equilibrio-estrategico'>La realidad del gas en Europa: Italia navega por la transici\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica con equilibrio estrat\u00e9gico<\/li><\/a><li><a href='https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/es\/se-aplica-provisionalmente-el-acuerdo-comercial-que-provoco-la-indignacion-de-los-agricultores-europeos'>Se aplica provisionalmente el acuerdo comercial que provoc\u00f3 la indignaci\u00f3n de los agricultores europeos<\/li><\/a><li><a href='https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/es\/un-mundo-en-linea-mas-seguro-o-mas-vigilado'>\u00bfUn mundo en l\u00ednea m\u00e1s seguro o m\u00e1s vigilado?<\/li><\/a><\/ul><\/div>\n<p>En lugar de esto, como se ha mencionado,<em>\u00abrupturas humanitarias<\/em>\u00ab.\u00bb. Con esta formulaci\u00f3n se pretende dar a los civiles palestinos la posibilidad de escapar de las zonas de guerra. En el texto acordado entre los 27 Jefes de Estado se puede leer: \u00abEl Consejo Europeo expresa su m\u00e1xima preocupaci\u00f3n por el deterioro de la situaci\u00f3n humanitaria en Gaza y hace un llamamiento para que el acceso humanitario y la ayuda sean continuos, r\u00e1pidos, seguros y sin obst\u00e1culos y lleguen a los necesitados a trav\u00e9s de todas las medidas necesarias, incluidos corredores y pausas para las necesidades humanitarias\u00bb. Adem\u00e1s de colaborar con los socios de la regi\u00f3n para proteger a la poblaci\u00f3n civil y proporcionar asistencia y acceso a alimentos, agua, atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica, combustible y refugio.<\/p>\n<p>Una postura en l\u00ednea con lo manifestado por la presidenta de los Conservadores y Reformistas Europeos, Giorgia Meloni. Este \u00faltimo, de hecho, al t\u00e9rmino de la primera jornada del Consejo dijo: \u00abEstamos haciendo un trabajo conjunto para una desescalada, para evitar un conflicto que podr\u00eda tener proporciones inimaginables. Hay plenitud de prop\u00f3sitos y unidad de prop\u00f3sitos al respecto. Creo que la UE puede desempe\u00f1ar un papel importante en esta fase\u00bb. Una soluci\u00f3n identificada por el Primer Ministro italiano y apreciada por los dem\u00e1s Jefes de Estado consiste en dar m\u00e1s peso a la <strong>Autoridad Nacional Palestina<\/strong>. Esto s\u00f3lo puede hacerse identificando a una clase dirigente capaz y capaz de desarrollar un di\u00e1logo con Occidente. Meloni tambi\u00e9n hab\u00eda compartido esta visi\u00f3n durante una llamada telef\u00f3nica con seis representantes de Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1, Reino Unido, Alemania y Francia.<\/p>\n<p>Obviamente, se ha hablado mucho de la <strong>guerra en Ucrania<\/strong>, que, a pesar de que ya no ocupa las portadas de los peri\u00f3dicos, sigue existiendo y dura ya 614 d\u00edas. Robert Fico, reci\u00e9n elegido Presidente del Gobierno de la Rep\u00fablica Eslovaca, y Viktor Orb\u00e1n, Primer Ministro h\u00fangaro, cuestionan el apoyo europeo. Ambos no est\u00e1n a favor de enviar m\u00e1s dinero a Ucrania. El plan propuesto por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea incluye un plan de ayudas de 50.000 millones de euros: 33.000 millones de euros en pr\u00e9stamos y 17.000 millones en subvenciones. Una l\u00f3gica rechazada por el Gobierno italiano, que est\u00e1 a favor de ayudar a Kiev, pero subraya la necesidad de encontrar un acuerdo \u00fanico que incluya tambi\u00e9n un acuerdo sobre los fondos de inmigraci\u00f3n. Un acuerdo que debe alcanzarse lo antes posible, de lo contrario Ucrania se encontrar\u00e1 sin ayuda a partir del 1 de enero.<\/p>\n<p>El tema de <strong>los emigrantes<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n ocup\u00f3 un lugar central. La visi\u00f3n italiana, defendida tambi\u00e9n por la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, ante la guerra en Oriente Medio parece ahora compartida. Entre las propuestas: evaluar una prolongaci\u00f3n de la misi\u00f3n naval Irini, hacer m\u00e1s eficaces las repatriaciones y aumentar los fondos destinados al expediente de migraciones.
