{"id":15865,"date":"2023-11-26T07:27:50","date_gmt":"2023-11-26T07:27:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/el-hombre-del-trato-verde"},"modified":"2023-11-26T07:27:50","modified_gmt":"2023-11-26T07:27:50","slug":"el-hombre-del-trato-verde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.theconservative.online\/es\/el-hombre-del-trato-verde","title":{"rendered":"El hombre del \u00abtrato verde"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El 3 de octubre de 2023, el Vicepresidente Ejecutivo de la Comisi\u00f3n Europea, Maro\u0161 \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d, compareci\u00f3 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.europarl.europa.eu\/RegData\/etudes\/STUD\/2023\/754187\/IPOL_BRI(2023)754187_EN.pdf\">ante el Parlamento Europeo<\/a> para responder a las preguntas de los diputados sobre el principal asunto de su competencia, el llamado \u00abPacto Verde Europeo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Por desgracia, el Sr. \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d no aport\u00f3 mucha informaci\u00f3n, sino m\u00e1s bien una colecci\u00f3n de t\u00f3picos que dif\u00edcilmente podr\u00edan convencer a nadie.<\/p>\n<p>Empez\u00f3 defendiendo iniciativas legislativas que el Grupo de Conservadores y Reformistas Europeos (ECR) considera muy perjudiciales para la econom\u00eda: la Ley de Restauraci\u00f3n de la Naturaleza y las nuevas normas sobre envases, que abandonan el anterior modelo de reciclaje por el de reutilizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Vicepresidente de la Comisi\u00f3n defendi\u00f3 el Reglamento sobre dise\u00f1o ecol\u00f3gico de productos sostenibles, mientras que nosotros preferir\u00edamos menos regulaci\u00f3n para reducir la carga administrativa y fomentar el crecimiento.<\/p>\n<p>El bur\u00f3crata eslovaco alab\u00f3 una cuarta norma de la UE: la Ley de Materias Primas Cr\u00edticas, que supuestamente reduce nuestras dependencias. Sin embargo, a\u00fan est\u00e1 por ver c\u00f3mo el concepto de \u00abestrategia abierta\u00bb reforzar\u00e1 la autonom\u00eda de las materias primas. Un ni\u00f1o comprender\u00eda r\u00e1pidamente que son elementos contradictorios y que, por tanto, su mezcla equivale a una extra\u00f1a ceremonia de confusi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El Sr. \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d pasa a defender el bienestar de los animales como un objetivo en el que ha puesto a trabajar a \u00absu equipo de comisarios de Green Deal\u00bb. Recomendamos que los recursos humanos de la Comisi\u00f3n se dediquen al bienestar de las personas, los trabajadores, las empresas y las naciones.<\/p>\n<p>Al parecer, este oto\u00f1o se centrar\u00e1 en la energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica y as\u00ed lo explica. Esto parece l\u00f3gico, ya que el oto\u00f1o y el invierno suelen ser estaciones en las que sopla el viento; parecer\u00eda bastante original centrarse en el sol (o la arena, como reza el dicho) entre los meses de octubre y Semana Santa.<\/p>\n<p>El compromiso con los ciudadanos, seg\u00fan el Vicepresidente de la Comisi\u00f3n, se manifestar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s del Fondo de Transici\u00f3n Justa. Este fondo realmente cura algunas de las heridas causadas por la Transici\u00f3n Verde y el Green Deal. Al fin y al cabo, la Comisi\u00f3n est\u00e1 causando un problema a los ciudadanos y luego finge comprometerse con ellos para pagar en parte el da\u00f1o infligido.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, el Sr. \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d ha prometido organizar \u00abdi\u00e1logos sociales verdes\u00bb con los ciudadanos, a fin de reforzar el apoyo p\u00fablico al Pacto Verde. En otras palabras, el apoyo p\u00fablico al Green Deal de la jefa Von der Leyen necesita urgentemente algo de vitamina, incluso en forma de sermones, o tiempo mal empleado.<\/p>\n<p>Elogia la industria automovil\u00edstica como la \u00abjoya de la corona\u00bb de la econom\u00eda europea, pero no da cifras exactas de cu\u00e1l ser\u00eda el plan para protegerla de los competidores de otras \u00e1reas mundiales. Las \u00fanicas cifras facilitadas se refieren a las energ\u00edas renovables. Porque en 2050 todo tendr\u00e1 que ser el\u00e9ctrico, como imponen Von der Leyen y sus adl\u00e1teres, necesitaremos tener en Europa \u00abde 2 a 3 veces m\u00e1s generaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica de la que tenemos ahora\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>No obstante, considera que esto sit\u00faa a la econom\u00eda europea en una senda firme hacia la reducci\u00f3n de costes para los ciudadanos. \u00bfTriplicar la generaci\u00f3n de electricidad reducir\u00e1 los costes para los ciudadanos? Nadie puede creer semejantes ilusiones. Y, sin embargo, afirma que el Green Deal aportar\u00e1 \u00abbeneficios tangibles e intangibles\u00bb a los ciudadanos de Europa.<\/p>\n<p>Al menos, el supercomisario reconoce las prerrogativas soberanas y la neutralidad tecnol\u00f3gica cuando habla de energ\u00eda nuclear. Esto se califica impl\u00edcitamente de fuente de energ\u00eda baja en carbono, y no se se\u00f1ala con el dedo a los 12 Estados miembros que actualmente explotan centrales nucleares.<\/p>\n<p>Junto con la fotovoltaica y la e\u00f3lica, el hidr\u00f3geno se presenta como la industria del futuro. La audiencia termina con una ingenua excentricidad: El Sr. \u0160ef\u010dovi\u010d declara su entusiasmo por la bicicleta como medio de transporte en el altar de la religi\u00f3n de la UE.
