Mientras en Madrid los agricultores desfilaban por las calles con sus tractores en protesta por las medidas que afectaban al sector agrario, y el Congreso guardaba un minuto de silencio por los dos guardias civiles asesinados en Barbate, <strong>S\u00e1nchez se encontraba en Rabat estrechando lazos con el Reino marroqu\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La relaci\u00f3n entre Espa\u00f1a y Marruecos es de <strong>suma importancia para ambas naciones<\/strong>, <strong>no s\u00f3lo en t\u00e9rminos econ\u00f3micos y comerciales<\/strong>, sino tambi\u00e9n en la cooperaci\u00f3n en materia de seguridad y migraci\u00f3n, mostrando una plena recuperaci\u00f3n de las relaciones. Se reuni\u00f3 con el primer ministro marroqu\u00ed, Aziz Ajanuch, para <strong>hablar de las relaciones bilaterales y de los avances en la aplicaci\u00f3n de la hoja de ruta entre ambos<\/strong> pa\u00edses. Tras estas reuniones, el r\u00e9gimen marroqu\u00ed consigui\u00f3 nuevas concesiones del Presidente del Gobierno espa\u00f1ol, lo que supone <strong>un paso significativo tras el m\u00e1s preciado en marzo de 2022: el hist\u00f3rico cambio de postura sobre el contencioso del S\u00e1hara Occidental.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, Pedro S\u00e1nchez ha afirmado que habr\u00e1 <strong>una pr\u00f3xima reuni\u00f3n entre los gobiernos espa\u00f1ol y marroqu\u00ed para aclarar la normativa aduanera<\/strong>. S\u00e1nchez confirm\u00f3 que, una vez finalizados los preparativos por parte marroqu\u00ed, se abrir\u00e1 la aduana, reiterando el compromiso de <strong>cumplir todos los acuerdos alcanzados en abril de 2022<\/strong>, que incluyen el respaldo de Espa\u00f1a al plan de autonom\u00eda de Marruecos para el S\u00e1hara Occidental. Fuentes gubernamentales sugieren que <strong>esta apertura no se pospondr\u00e1 m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de este a\u00f1o<\/strong>, y las autoridades marroqu\u00edes est\u00e1n dedicadas a resolver los problemas fitosanitarios que han surgido. En <strong>Ceuta<\/strong>, ser\u00e1 la <strong>primera vez que se establezca una aduana de este tipo<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Una de las iniciativas clave que apoyan estas inversiones es <strong>la organizaci\u00f3n conjunta del Mundial de F\u00fatbol de 2030<\/strong>, con Espa\u00f1a, Portugal y Marruecos como anfitriones. Marruecos tiene previsto invertir unos 1.300 millones de euros en la construcci\u00f3n de un gran estadio cerca de Casablanca y en la renovaci\u00f3n de otros seis estadios, con el objetivo de albergar la final en Casablanca,<strong> a pesar de la competencia del Bernab\u00e9u o el Camp Nou.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Con todo ello, <strong>empiezan a surgir<\/strong> las <strong>cl\u00e1usulas y compromisos detallados<\/strong> resultantes de los compromisos de S\u00e1nchez durante la reuni\u00f3n. Durante la rueda de prensa posterior al encuentro, S\u00e1nchez mencion\u00f3 los planes de Espa\u00f1a de <strong>\u00abrealizar inversiones en Marruecos por un valor superior a 45.000 millones de euros hasta 2050\u00bb,<\/strong> destacando la participaci\u00f3n activa de Espa\u00f1a en los esfuerzos de modernizaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica del pa\u00eds vecino, aunque sin entrar en detalles concretos.<\/p>\n<p>El gobierno marroqu\u00ed tiene previsto invertir unos 1.400 millones de euros en la <strong>mejora de su sistema ferroviario<\/strong>, proyecto por el que se ha interesado la empresa espa\u00f1ola Talgo. Seg\u00fan S\u00e1nchez, estas infraestructuras suponen una <strong>\u00aboportunidad para las empresas espa\u00f1olas<\/strong> \u00ab, y ha animado a Marruecos a presentarlas en una pr\u00f3xima cumbre hispano-marroqu\u00ed, a\u00fan sin fecha fijada, para que puedan participar en este proyecto.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00e1nchez ha destacado la  <strong>actual \u00abexcelente estado de las relaciones bilaterales entre Espa\u00f1a y Marruecos\u00bb.<\/strong>  Prueba de ello, seg\u00fan S\u00e1nchez, es que  <strong>\u00abintercambios comerciales superiores a 20.000 millones de euros en 2022 y una presencia creciente de Espa\u00f1a como inversor en Marruecos\u00bb.<\/strong>  En un comunicado de la Moncloa, S\u00e1nchez mencion\u00f3 haber tratado con el primer ministro marroqu\u00ed la  <strong>avance de diversos proyectos en materia de educaci\u00f3n y cooperaci\u00f3n cultural<\/strong>  que se promovieron durante la reuni\u00f3n anterior.<\/p>\n<p>La reciente visita de Pedro S\u00e1nchez a Marruecos ha supuesto un <strong>paso importante en las relaciones bilaterales entre Espa\u00f1a y el Reino vecino<\/strong>. En un contexto interno turbulento marcado por las protestas de los agricultores en Madrid, S\u00e1nchez se centr\u00f3 en <strong>reforzar los lazos con Marruecos<\/strong>. Aunque surgen incertidumbres y desaf\u00edos, el viaje de Pedro S\u00e1nchez a Marruecos ha sentado las bases para una cooperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s estrecha y una relaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s fuerte entre ambos pa\u00edses.
