Kao odgovor na te mjere Europska unija (EU) i drugi me\u0111unarodni akteri ve\u0107 mjesecima uvode niz sankcija protiv Rusije. Jedna od najneobi\u010dnijih mjera uklju\u010denih u novi paket sankcija posljednjih mjeseci bila je zabrana uvoza ruskih automobila u Europu. Ovaj potez izazvao je veliko zanimanje i kontroverze, budu\u0107i da je automobilska industrija klju\u010dan gospodarski sektor i za Rusiju i za samu Europu.<\/p>\n<p>Zabrana uvoza ruskih automobila u Europu provedena je, prvo, kako bi se izravno utjecalo na rusko gospodarstvo, jer je automobilska industrija jedan od klju\u010dnih sektora za industriju zemlje. Rusija je jedan od vode\u0107ih svjetskih proizvo\u0111a\u010da automobila, a tvrtke kao \u0161to su AvtoVAZ (poznata po marki Lada), GAZ Group i KamAZ proizvode \u0161iroku paletu vozila, od malih gradskih vozila do sna\u017enih terenskih strojeva. Me\u0111utim, sankcije nisu usmjerene samo na slabljenje ruskog gospodarstva, ve\u0107 i na vr\u0161enje politi\u010dkog pritiska na vladu Vladimira Putina. Zapad tako ima za cilj ciljati pripadnike ruske politi\u010dke i ekonomske elite, koji \u010desto imaju sna\u017ene veze s automobilskom industrijom, a nametanje ograni\u010denja uvoza ruskih automobila moglo bi izravno utjecati na one koji imaju mo\u0107 promijeniti rusku politiku. Nadalje, zabrana uvoza ruskih automobila tako\u0111er je demonstracija solidarnosti s Ukrajinom, ja\u010daju\u0107i potporu Kijevu u dugoj borbi za neovisnost i suverenitet.<\/p>\n<p>Zabrana uvoza ruskih automobila u Europu zasigurno \u0107e imati zna\u010dajan utjecaj na rusku automobilsku industriju. Ruske automobilske tvrtke izgubit \u0107e va\u017eno tr\u017ei\u0161te, \u0161to bi moglo dovesti do smanjenja prihoda i potencijalno smanjenja radnih mjesta u sektoru, \u0161to \u0107e utjecati na proizvo\u0111a\u010de automobila, ali i na cijeli lanac opskrbe i sektor srodnih industrija. Me\u0111utim, stvarni u\u010dinak ovisit \u0107e o trajanju tih sankcija i njihovoj ozbiljnosti. Ako su sankcije privremene i umjerene, ruska automobilska poduze\u0107a mo\u017eda \u0107e se mo\u0107i prilagoditi i tra\u017eiti nova izvozna tr\u017ei\u0161ta izvan Europe, kao \u0161to se ve\u0107 dogodilo u drugim sektorima pogo\u0111enima pro\u0161lim sankcijama. Me\u0111utim, ako se sankcije poka\u017eu dugotrajnima i ozbiljnima, mogle bi nanijeti znatnu \u0161tetu ruskoj industriji, sa \u0161irim dru\u0161tvenim i ekonomskim posljedicama koje \u0107e, nadamo se, imati pozitivne posljedice na teku\u0107i rat.<\/p>\n<p>Zabrana uvoza ruskih automobila prisilit \u0107e EU da prona\u0111e alternative za zadovoljavanje potra\u017enje koja bi ina\u010de bila zadovoljena uvozom iz Moskve, \u0161to \u0107e dovesti do pove\u0107anja prodaje automobila iz Europe ili drugih zemalja, poput Sjedinjenih Dr\u017eava, Japana i Ju\u017ene Koreje. Stvarni utjecaj na europsko tr\u017ei\u0161te automobila mogao bi biti relativno ograni\u010den, a neki analiti\u010dari sugeriraju da bi zabrana uvoza automobila iz Moskve mogla \u010dak koristiti europskim proizvo\u0111a\u010dima automobila, jer bi mogli uhvatiti ve\u0107i tr\u017ei\u0161ni udio u nedostatku ruske konkurencije.<\/p>\n<p>Rusija je ve\u0107 najavila namjeru da na nove sankcije odgovori protumjerama koje bi mogle uklju\u010divati sam automobilski sektor uvo\u0111enjem, primjerice, carina ili ograni\u010denja uvoza europskih automobila.
