Ovaj fenomen izaziva interes i zabrinutost ne samo na nacionalnoj, ve\u0107 i na me\u0111unarodnoj razini, s brojnim studijama i projektima koji imaju za cilj razumjeti utjecaj doma\u0107ih zada\u0107a na u\u010denje u\u010denika i ocrtati nove obrazovne strategije. Analiza podataka, uklju\u010duju\u0107i one koje je prikupila OECD-PISA 2018., nagla\u0161ava kako mladi Talijani posve\u0107uju zna\u010dajnu koli\u010dinu vremena doma\u0107im zada\u0107ama, posebno u srednjim i srednjim \u0161kolama. Izvan Europe, zemlje poput Brazila, Argentine, Japana i Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva tro\u0161e manje vremena na doma\u0107e zada\u0107e od Italije. Nekoliko je pedago\u0161kih razloga koji idu u prilog smanjenju ili ukidanju doma\u0107e zada\u0107e. Prije svega, vrijeme provedeno kod ku\u0107e trebalo bi biti posve\u0107eno odmoru i opu\u0161tanju, \u0161to je klju\u010dno za cjelokupni razvoj u\u010denika, a drugo, doma\u0107e zada\u0107e mogu pogor\u0161ati nejednakosti, jer nemaju svi u\u010denici resurse ili podr\u0161ku potrebnu za njihovo u\u010dinkovito izvr\u0161avanje.<\/p>\n<p>Ukidanje doma\u0107ih zada\u0107a moglo bi dovesti do ve\u0107e pravednosti u obrazovnom sustavu, dopu\u0161taju\u0107i u\u010denicima da provode vi\u0161e vremena u \u0161koli uklju\u010deni u prakti\u010dne, suradni\u010dke i interaktivne aktivnosti. Ovaj pristup promi\u010de aktivno u\u010denje i stjecanje mekih vje\u0161tina klju\u010dnih za uspjeh u modernom svijetu. Za uspje\u0161nu provedbu strategije smanjenja ili ukidanja doma\u0107e zada\u0107e potrebno je ulaganje u dodatne obrazovne resurse, uklju\u010duju\u0107i dobro obu\u010dene u\u010ditelje, modernu nastavnu opremu i odgovaraju\u0107e prostore za suradni\u010dko u\u010denje. Nadalje, va\u017eno je aktivno uklju\u010diti studente u proces dono\u0161enja odluka o odgojno-obrazovnim aktivnostima, poti\u010du\u0107i ih na sudjelovanje u izradi kurikuluma.<\/p>\n<p>Analiza obrazovnih praksi u zemljama poput Finske, Njema\u010dke i \u0160panjolske nudi zanimljive ideje za pregled doma\u0107ih zada\u0107a iu Italiji. U Finskoj, na primjer, nema strogih propisa o doma\u0107im zada\u0107ama, a ravnote\u017ea izme\u0111u \u0161kolskih obveza i slobodnog vremena u\u010denika sna\u017eno se promovira. Finski u\u010ditelji poti\u010du aktivno u\u010denje i istra\u017eivanje, \u010dime se smanjuje oslanjanje na doma\u0107u zada\u0107u. \u010cak iu Njema\u010dkoj i \u0160panjolskoj postoje propisi i smjernice koje reguliraju koli\u010dinu i vrstu zadane doma\u0107e zada\u0107e, s naglaskom na ravnote\u017eu izme\u0111u \u0161kolskih obaveza i slobodnog vremena u\u010denika. Aktivan pristup u\u010ditelja i uklju\u010divanje roditelja klju\u010dni su elementi u tim kontekstima.<\/p>\n<p>Europska unija, iako nema posebne propise o doma\u0107im zada\u0107ama, promi\u010de politike koje neizravno utje\u010du na obrazovnu praksu, poput mobilnosti u\u010denika, kori\u0161tenja digitalnih tehnologija i inkluzije. Inicijative kao \u0161to su European Education Monitor i Strategija Europa 2020. pru\u017eaju okvir za pobolj\u0161anje kvalitete obrazovanja i promicanje aktivnijeg i inkluzivnijeg u\u010denja. Analiza utjecaja doma\u0107ih zada\u0107a na obrazovanje i dobrobit u\u010denika zahtijeva holisti\u010dki pristup i zajedni\u010dku predanost pronala\u017eenju inovativnih i uravnote\u017eenih rje\u0161enja.
