Taj jaz usporava proces masovnog usvajanja elektri\u010dnih automobila, ometaju\u0107i napore za smanjenje emisija CO2 u Europskoj uniji. Sigrid de Vries, glavna direktorica tvrtke Acea, istaknula je va\u017enost \u0161iroke dostupnosti javne infrastrukture za punjenje kako bi se postigli ambiciozni europski ciljevi smanjenja emisija CO2.<\/p>\n<p>Trenuta\u010dno je u EU instalirano ne\u0161to vi\u0161e od 150.000 javnih punionica, s prosje\u010dnom stopom instaliranja manjom od 3.000 tjedno. Me\u0111utim, Europska komisija postavila je cilj instaliranja 3,5 milijuna punja\u010dnica do 2030., pozivaju\u0107i na godi\u0161nju stopu instaliranja od oko 410 000 to\u010daka (gotovo 8000 tjedno), gotovo tri puta vi\u0161e od trenutne stope. Unato\u010d ovom jazu na europskoj razini, Italija se isti\u010de pozitivnim napretkom u postavljanju javnih punionica. Nadalje, talijanske autoceste opremljene su s oko 942 punionice, od kojih su ve\u0107ina brze jednosmjerne. Talijanska opse\u017ena infrastruktura za elektri\u010dno punjenje podr\u017eana je prvenstveno privatnim ulaganjima, ali o\u010dekuje se da \u0107e stalni rast sektora elektri\u010dnih automobila, uklju\u010duju\u0107i usvajanje u korporativnim voznim parkovima, igrati klju\u010dnu ulogu u odr\u017eavanju i \u0161irenju ove gospodarske prednosti.<\/p>\n<p>Budu\u0107i da Europa nastoji smanjiti emisije CO2 uvo\u0111enjem elektri\u010dnih vozila, od klju\u010dne je va\u017enosti dati prednost izgradnji javne infrastrukture za punjenje. Samo uz visoku dostupnost punionica bit \u0107e mogu\u0107e osigurati nesmetan prijelaz prema budu\u0107nosti odr\u017eive mobilnosti s niskim udjelom ugljika. Unato\u010d ovom ohrabruju\u0107em napretku, i dalje je potrebno rije\u0161iti zna\u010dajne izazove kako bi se osigurao nesmetan prijelaz na potpuno opremljenu flotu elektri\u010dnih automobila. Jedna od glavnih prepreka je potreba za ve\u0107om i pristupa\u010dnijom javnom infrastrukturom za punjenje.<\/p>\n<p>Ra\u0161irena difuzija javnih punionica klju\u010dna je za poticanje potro\u0161a\u010da na prihva\u0107anje elektri\u010dnih automobila. Bez odgovaraju\u0107e mre\u017ee infrastrukture za punjenje, potencijalni kupci mogu biti obeshrabreni od kupnje elektri\u010dnog vozila iz straha da \u0107e ostati bez struje tijekom putovanja. Stoga je bitno nastaviti ulagati u izgradnju novih punionica i pro\u0161irenje postoje\u0107ih. Nadalje, va\u017eno je uzeti u obzir raznolikost potreba elektri\u010dnih voza\u010da. Dok su brze i ultrabrze punionice klju\u010dne za omogu\u0107avanje dugih putovanja i smanjenje vremena \u010dekanja, infrastruktura za punjenje male snage u gradskim i prigradskim podru\u010djima klju\u010dna je za omogu\u0107avanje punjenja preko no\u0107i ili tijekom dnevnih aktivnosti.<\/p>\n<p>Pove\u0107anje javne infrastrukture za punjenje ne\u0107e samo potaknuti potro\u0161a\u010de na prihva\u0107anje elektri\u010dnih vozila, ve\u0107 \u0107e tako\u0111er imati pozitivan u\u010dinak na gospodarstvo i zapo\u0161ljavanje. Izgradnja i odr\u017eavanje punionica zahtijevat \u0107e zna\u010dajna ulaganja i stvoriti nove mogu\u0107nosti zapo\u0161ljavanja u sektoru obnovljive energije i tehnologije. \u0160irenje infrastrukture za elektri\u010dno punjenje pomo\u0107i \u0107e smanjiti ovisnost o fosilnim gorivima i ubla\u017eiti u\u010dinke klimatskih promjena. S manje vozila na benzinski i dizelski pogon na cestama, smanjit \u0107e se emisije CO2 i drugih one\u010di\u0161\u0107iva\u010da zraka, pobolj\u0161ati kvalitetu zraka i smanjiti ukupni utjecaj prometnog sektora na okoli\u0161.<\/p>\n<p>Kako bi se maksimizirao potencijal elektri\u010dnih automobila i osigurao nesmetan prijelaz na odr\u017eiviju mobilnost, potrebna je koordinirana predanost vlada, industrije i lokalnih zajednica. Ulaganja u javnu infrastrukturu za punjenje trebaju biti popra\u0107ena poticajnim politikama, poput subvencija za kupnju elektri\u010dnih vozila i poreznih olak\u0161ica za elektri\u010dnu konverziju. Italija je postigla zna\u010dajan napredak u izgradnji javne infrastrukture za punjenje, ali je potrebno nastaviti s ulaganjima i inovacijama kako bi se odgovorilo na preostale izazove i osigurao nesmetan prijelaz na pristupa\u010dnu i odr\u017eivu elektri\u010dnu mobilnost.
