Acordul marcheaz\u0103 o etap\u0103 important\u0103 \u00een dezvoltarea unuia dintre cele mai mari proiecte de infrastructur\u0103 din Europa. Decizia CIG reflect\u0103 dou\u0103 priorit\u0103\u021bi paralele: finalizarea procesului administrativ pentru \u00eentregul proiect transfrontalier \u0219i abordarea logisticii pe termen scurt prin relansarea transportului feroviar intermodal de marf\u0103. Aprobarea deciziei de executare, transmis\u0103 acum Comisiei Europene, \u00eencheie efectiv procedurile la nivel na\u021bional at\u00e2t \u00een Italia, c\u00e2t \u0219i \u00een Fran\u021ba \u0219i aduce proiectul \u00een etapa final\u0103 de evaluare la nivelul UE.    <\/p>\n<p>Potrivit lui Paolo Foietta, pre\u0219edintele CIG, \u201eaceast\u0103 decizie este fundamental\u0103 pentru viitoarea cofinan\u021bare UE a \u00eentregii lucr\u0103ri, inclusiv a rutelor na\u021bionale \u0219i, acum, \u0219i a nodurilor urbane din Torino \u0219i Lyon\u201d. Decizia de executare finalizeaz\u0103 un proces ini\u021biat \u00een 2020 \u0219i permite recunoa\u0219terea deplin\u0103 a proiectului ca parte a re\u021belei principale de transport a Europei. Pe frontul construc\u021biilor, lucr\u0103rile la tunelul de baz\u0103 dintre Italia \u0219i Fran\u021ba continu\u0103 s\u0103 progreseze constant. \u00cen prezent, 26% din totalul de 160 de kilometri de tuneluri au fost excava\u021bi. Maurizio Bufalini, director general adjunct al TELT (Tunelul Euralpin Lyon Torino), a raportat c\u0103 primul dintre cele \u0219apte ma\u0219ini de forat tuneluri, denumit \u201eViviana\u201d, a sosit la \u0219antierul Saint-Martin-la-Porte \u0219i este programat s\u0103 \u00eenceap\u0103 opera\u021biunile \u00een septembrie. \u00cen plus, au \u00eenceput opera\u021biunile de c\u0103ptu\u0219ire la intrarea \u00een tunel din Saint-Julien-Montdenis, \u00een timp ce excavarea tradi\u021bional\u0103 cu explozivi continu\u0103 pe dou\u0103 sec\u021biuni de tunel, care se \u00eentind acum la aproximativ 1 700 de metri de la portalurile lor respective.    <\/p>\n<p>\u00cen partea italian\u0103, la Chiomonte, sunt \u00een curs de desf\u0103\u0219urare evalu\u0103rile de mediu privind locul de lansare a unei alte TBM (ma\u0219ini de forat tuneluri), care ar urma s\u0103 fie livrat\u0103 la fa\u021ba locului \u00een 2026. \u00centre timp, se apropie de finalizare construc\u021bia noului nod rutier de pe autostrada A32, esen\u021bial pentru traficul logistic, iar noul terminal pentru camioane din San Didero se afl\u0103, de asemenea, \u00eentr-un stadiu avansat.
