Aceast\u0103 list\u0103 include state considerate capabile s\u0103 garanteze o protec\u021bie adecvat\u0103 a drepturilor fundamentale, p\u00e2n\u0103 la punctul \u00een care cererile de azil sunt considerate nefondate.
