Dessutom lever k\u00f6nsstereotyper kvar inom utbildning och yrkesliv, vilket avskr\u00e4cker kvinnor fr\u00e5n att studera och g\u00f6ra karri\u00e4r inom vetenskap och teknik.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6retagskulturen, som ofta domineras av manlig dynamik, kan vara ett annat betydande hinder tillsammans med avsaknaden av policyer f\u00f6r balans mellan arbete och fritid, bristande flexibilitet i arbetet och en ofta konkurrensutsatt milj\u00f6, vilket kan g\u00f6ra det sv\u00e5rt f\u00f6r kvinnor att trivas och utvecklas inom teknikf\u00f6retag.
