Det meddelade ekonomikommission\u00e4r Paolo Gentiloni i samband med att kommissionens &#8221;vinterprognos&#8221; presenterades i slutet av februari.<\/p>\n<p>Bakom den l\u00e5ngsamma ekonomiska utvecklingen ligger en minskad export till globala marknader till f\u00f6ljd av l\u00e4gre efterfr\u00e5gan och hush\u00e5llens minskade k\u00f6pkraft. Detta som en f\u00f6ljd av \u00f6kade r\u00e4ntor och inflation. Dessutom har de tillf\u00e4lliga nationella st\u00f6dinsatserna efter coronapandemin och energikrisen avslutats.<\/p>\n<h2>Sverige ligger kvar i botten<\/h2>\n<p>Kommissionen h\u00f6jer prognosen f\u00f6r Sverige, som \u00e4r ett av f\u00e5 l\u00e4nder. Men Sverige f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas \u00e4nd\u00e5 hamna p\u00e5 sista plats i tillv\u00e4xtligan med en tillv\u00e4xt p\u00e5 ynka 0,2 procent. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kan du ocks\u00e5 f\u00e5 tillbaka pengarna snabbare om r\u00e4ntorna sjunker.<\/p>\n<h2>Ljusare prognos f\u00f6r 2025<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00f6jligheterna att \u00f6ka tillv\u00e4xten n\u00e4sta \u00e5r ser dock b\u00e4ttre ut, \u00e4ven om det fortfarande handlar om historiskt sett blygsamma \u00f6kningar. Anledningen till den f\u00f6rsiktiga optimismen \u00e4r att medlemsl\u00e4nderna har rimligt starka arbetsmarknader med m\u00f6jlighet till stigande reall\u00f6ner, vilket tillsammans med l\u00e4gre inflation kan f\u00e5 hjulen att snurra lite snabbare.<\/p>\n<p>Kommissionen anser ocks\u00e5 att fortsatt stora betalningar fr\u00e5n coronafonden stimulerar efterfr\u00e5gan och tillv\u00e4xt.<\/p>\n<p>Ber\u00e4knat i konkreta siffror \u00e4ndrar kommissionen inte sin tidigare prognos f\u00f6r 2025, vilket inneb\u00e4r att hela unionen f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas v\u00e4xa n\u00e5got h\u00f6gre, cirka 1,7 procent. Men det g\u00e5r olika fort f\u00f6r olika medlemsl\u00e4nder. Sverige kommer att ha \u00e5terh\u00e4mtat sig och ligga n\u00e4ra genomsnittet p\u00e5 1,6 procent. Allt medan Tyskland forts\u00e4tter att sakta ner. Tillsammans med Italien f\u00f6rv\u00e4ntas landet vara sist 2025.<\/p>\n<h2>Snabbare minskning av inflationen<\/h2>\n<p>EU har pl\u00e5gats av en rekordh\u00f6g inflation som verkar ge vika, och dessutom n\u00e5got snabbare \u00e4n vad som tidigare prognostiserats. Medlemsl\u00e4nderna f\u00f6r en stramare ekonomisk politik i syfte att inte pressa ned inflationen. Dessutom har el- och br\u00e4nslepriserna sjunkit j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med tidigare vintrar.<\/p>\n<p>Kommissionen varnar dock f\u00f6r att energipriserna tillf\u00e4lligt kan \u00f6ka, och d\u00e4rmed inflationen, n\u00e4r olika energisubventioner fasas ut i medlemsl\u00e4nderna.<\/p>\n<p>Sammantaget r\u00e4knar kommissionen med att inflationen i euroomr\u00e5det kommer att ligga kvar p\u00e5 2,7 procent 2024 och 2,2 procent n\u00e4sta \u00e5r. F\u00f6r Sverige, som inte tillh\u00f6r euroomr\u00e5det, kommer inflationen att vara l\u00e4gre, en hel procentenhet l\u00e4gre 2024 men n\u00e4stan p\u00e5 euroniv\u00e5 2025: 1,9 procent.<\/p>\n<h2>Risker som kan vara skadliga<\/h2>\n<p>Som synes finns det m\u00e5nga olika faktorer som kan inneb\u00e4ra att denna vinterprognos inte st\u00e4mmer. Det skulle kunna bli en v\u00e4rre utveckling \u00e4n den som kommissionen nu har presenterat. Ekonomikommission\u00e4r Gentiloni medgav detta n\u00e4r han presenterade vinterprognosen.<\/p>\n<p>Han betonade att det finns allvarliga geopolitiska sp\u00e4nningar som skulle kunna \u00f6verskugga den europeiska ekonomiska utvecklingen.<\/p>\n<p>F\u00f6rst och fr\u00e4mst det nu tv\u00e5\u00e5riga angreppskrig som Ryssland f\u00f6r mot Ukraina.
